Netgear WiFi so much better, unfortunately quality wasn't there. This was my only option left at BB. Soon to be returned.

Lasted about 7 months then started dropping the connection. It would have been much cheaper to just lease one from cable

Tried to upgrade to this router yesterday. Based upon the reviews, I had expected superior performance. Upon connecting the new device, imagine my surprise when it performed at only 10% of the speed of my obsolete device. Tech from my ISP tried a router from another Mfg that he had on his truck from another manufacturer which performed full speed as expected. This device is being returned to Best Buy. Tech support from Arris was wholly unhelpful and very disappointing.

After setup, this will not connect to net, tried more than 3 times with customer service, out of frustration returned

Had Time Warner tech check lines for faults. Admittedly there were some. He resolved them and them tried to get modem on line. He immediately suspected a modem problem and contacted Arris tech support. After talking to two Arris techs for 30 minutes, Arris too decided modem was defective and told me to return it. Arris tech should have been able to diagnose the modem in less than 5 minutes. Thumbs up to TWC tech. Thumbs down to Arris Tech support.

I have to physically reconnect manually often. contacted Arris but did not fit it.

Easy setup, but coverage is spotty and pops on and off too much. Cheap router from Time Warner was better for $10 / month.

I purchased this BRAND NEW (it wasn't refurbished) and it kept dropping the internet. SPOKE with 5 reps to finally have them tell me it needed to be replaced. Well, now I have to PAY for shipping for a replacement unit! I don't feel I should have to PAY anything additional since this unit NEVER WORKED properly! MORALE: if you do buy it and it doesn't work, return it to the store IMMEDIATELY!

the idea to make this item was great. all in one no hassles, but reality is that its performance lacked.

My Comcast modemn worked better. The wifi signal from the router was not as strong as I thought it would be.

Signal kept dropping. Returned & purchased separate modem & router after assistance from Geek Squad manager.

The one thing about router/modem combination is that when one breaks, you have to replace the entire thing.

Drops signal all the time. Consistently having to reconnect devices and wait for the network connect.

Verizon was not able to assist with connecting the wireless router. We has to return it.

I've had two of these units go bad now. Both had the same issue and tech support at Arris cannot figure it out. Both units stopped broadcasting the 5G channel. It just disappears for no reason and you can't get it back. So frustrating. They must know there is some defect with this model. Won't buy another unit from this company again!

Was not the right product I needed. Make sure you ask an associate when purchasing.

I couldn't get it to work with my Comcast cable I think because SBG-6900-AC is so new it's not on the Comcast approved list, until it in the Comcast approved list I can't recommend the newest model yet

I bought this in hopes of improving the performance of my Time Warner router/modem. It is no better and in fact. cuts out regularly. We have worse service now than before. And the Best Buy personnel were no where to be found when I purchased it. I used to like Best Buy, but they have definitely gone down hill.

Router is slow and not able to download fast. Not recommend this product.
