This router/modem is terrible quality and overpriced. I found a netgear modem/router for $25 less that literally worked twice as well. Despite all claims of fast speeds, the highest download speeds I got were 60 Mbps. With the new device I regularly get 118 mbps. I would not recommend to anyone.

The salesman assured me that it easy to install even after I told him that my skills were limited. I paid a $100.00 to a tech specialist to come and set it up and it still does not function. I am back to using the Time-Warner unit so I have a $225.00 paper weight!

I used this router for about a week. When it worked it was great but it would drop signals regularly and once they dropped most things connected to them would not reconnect. I took it back and bought the netgear nighthawk, great product.

After attempting to install pre-existing account that used Xfinity, a tech had to be sent out and could not get this working either even though on the box, it states "compatible with Xfinity." Complete waste of miney

Still wrapped in its original plastic, and its dead.. Had a guy from Spectrum test it and he told me its no good. Not even 2 years of light use.

After several days of trying and numerous calls to my internet provider and the product help desk, it was determined the item was defective. I returned it and purchased a different brand. Now I am a happy camper.

This item didn't work any where near as well as they stated it would. The return policy was also only 15 days which was not mentioned and tools us that long to evaluate it. We are now stuck with something we can't use.

I made the switch from Century Link to Xfinity and I believe this Router is not doing his job, it takes to long to connect to my tablets via wiFi and suddenly we get disconnected, we never had issues like it before

This is terrible. Poor wi fi coverage. Can't even cover a 1700sq ft house. Drops my wi fi printer on a regular basis. Just not what I was told it was. Has not lived up to its expectations. Waste of money

Had to get it replaced my the manufacture less then a month after buying it. It failed on me leaving me with no internet.

This product is nothing close to it advertise capabilities... Wifi service to my phone was horrible spotty and glitchy. Wi-Fi to a laptop was glitchy at more than 20 ft. I returned it

And setting it up was the "easier" part. It's merely the same Xfinity modem router at a higher price with a promise that did not hold true. Returned.

It was dead after warranty expired. Signal is not very reliable as well

I bought the model that said it had extended range for WiFi. This model has a small range than the lower model.

Employee said would work for telephone and internet for Comcast! WRONG! IT IS JUST OVERPRICED ROUTER!

Fast and great coverage. Easy set up. No drop outs so far. Nothing else to say really. It does what it is advertised to do and does it well.

Save yourself the trouble of shopping/researching for a wireless router AND modem, especially since most people don't even need all that b.s.!! Just get this and be done...Just spend the extra money, sooooooo future proof. Definitley more than I need with Mediacom:...Well worth the $$$.
