Not to say that this is a bad modem, it's just not what I was expecting from a modem worth this much. If I had paid less for this modem, I would have given it 5 stars. I live in an apartment and my room is not even 100 yards away and i keep losing signal. The modem that came from my service provider had far better signal strength than this modem. Not satisfied at all. Called to check if I could return this but it had been over the 15 day return policy.
