Great performance, peak speeds, works smoothly and consistently. Great product.

I thought it would improve my wifi signal and it did not It did elimanete a router and was easy to install. i just did not get a stronger more reliable wifi signal.

Fairly Easy to install and activate. One issue was with the activation which required contacting the company. They admitted a flaw with the printed instructions and talked me through the issue very quickly.

Was easy to hook up and once it was hooked up seems to be working well.

The modem is really easy to use and has a lot of nice features --- it also has a great connections speed and optimizes for a faster connection than the modem my cable company (comcast) provides! The range for the wifi was pretty average in comparison to two other routers. The one setback for me was the lack of eMTA support --- which is the support for plugging in phone lines in additional to the cat5 cables. For a modem so loaded with features it was surprising to lack this support. The back of the box has a table of modems and this modem has all the checkmarks - the table doesn't list a single modem with eMTA support. So in summary, it is a good product with a lot of nice features BUT there is one significant feature missing (eMTA/Phone/Voice). Unfortunately, you also get what you pay for - or in this case, you have to pay for what you get --- it ain't cheap.

The WI-FI is very good. It is very easy for installation. The coverage is good and it goes in the whole house. You do not need a telephone line, which is very important if you do not have a local telephone line.

Works great no problems fast speed multiple devices in use at once. Love it.

Decided to purchase this modem instead of paying the cable company's outrageous rental fee. Yeah, I know I will break even in about a year (given that this modem was purchased on sale), but it beats having the rental cost continually posted n your bill with nothing to show for it. Easy to install and no problems with connecting. Great reception throughout the house, too.

Set up was simple, works well with Comcast, wish the wireless would reach farther, it seems to get weaker just a couple of rooms away, about 25-30 feet

I replaced My old DOCIS2.0 Motorola SB5100 with this model. My speeds were approx. 25Mbps download, and 5.5Mbps upload. With this new modem I'm getting 64Mbps Download, and 20+ Upload on average. the WI-Fi works great too, very easy to manage.

I have always owned my own internet modem and router rather than rent from my internet provider and both of mine were outdated. This item fit the bill perfectly and was a snap to install and activate. Great item if you are running at 2.4 or 5.0 ghz. Only wish it broadcasted both simultaneously.

The nice thing about this modem is that it also has a router attached. Probably could get something faster for a similar price if you went for a separate router, but this is simple and saves space.

This is a very good modem/router. Supports various speeds and has a very good coverage area. I can receive a signal even when I am outside the house.

I really enjoyed getting a boost to my wireless and save paying every month for a modem from my cable provider. It works better than the stock one I got from my provider. I would recommend getting the step up model, that will do 2.4 G and 5 G at the same time. This will model is only set up for one or the other at a time, but still a great buy for the money.
