For the price it is a an okay cable modem. have problems keeping laptop connected

Only thing would be nice if password had been on product instead of on directions to ensure you always have it

I bought this model as it was on the list of hardware items recommended by Time Warner Cable and it has not disappointed.

install instructions weren't accurate. Had to call the help number to which they clarified the password had a typo in it.

Nothing special; performs as advertised; selected this model due to price (on sale), resulting in good value

I installed the modem and even linked my iphone and ipad to the SB wireless network. But could not connect to the Internet. Spent several hours on the phone with both Time Warner and Arris Tech Support trying to get the issue resolved. Arris said it's a TW issue. A TW tech visited my home and said the lines were fine. Must be a bad modem. I gave up and reinstalled my older generation modem.

This device would be great if my husband and I didn't have so many electronics that can hook up to the wifi; we've learned it can't handle it so we don't always have the wifi on some of our devices. Also, the signal of this device was not strong enough for the TV so we had to hard wire it but once we did, it worked great!

Installed fast, but still can't connect wireless laptop and net books. So get the cheaper modem and a standalone router

This product works great. The black look makes it bend in with my other stereo equipment.....the employees at my best buy are or can be pretty bad but if u know what u want than its no problem

Very poor wifi signal and strength, can not do wifi calling without calls dropping.

Very pleased with this modem/router. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to save money and great WiFi coverage.

Couldn't get wi-fi signal more than 10 feet away with Time Warner all-in-one unit. Bought this and get it throughout the whole house and backyard. Plus I don't have to pay them an extra $10 a month!

Had trouble ordering on line so i called customer service. Very courteous and helpful, so much so i ordered two air conditioners by phoning in about two weeks later. Best Buy price, quality of product and customer service is excellent.

Simple to plug in and run with. One box for cable modem and wireless router got us updated on both and saved money on modem rental from cable company.

It works. That's all I'd say but I have to type at least 50 characters.

Bought it a month ago. No problem so far. Love the fact that you have a cable modem and router in one. It was easy to set up with the given wifi security password but I had to google instructions on how to change the password. We use it with Comcast.

Worth every penny. All-in-one cable modem, 4-port Ethernet router and wireless router. No more connectivity issues. I have my iMac, AT&T m-cell booster, Apple TV and directv all plugged in. The wireless for our iPhones and iPad never loose signal.

Been. Busy lately and dindt get a chance to try it. Several people recommended the 6121 model but I need it the combo

All the time I lost connection and I have to reboot 3 times a day !! So im gonna return it and try another one
