I know it's not the internet because when I unplug and replug the modem back in, the internet works perfectly until a few hours later when the problem occurs again.

It was very difficult to even set it up if you are not tech savvy. Called my internet provider and was good on my end but not a go on modem/router end! Was offline for 1 day due to trouble actually finding a real customer service to help!!
