The unit works GREAT! Oh How good it feels to cut the cord from leasing a router from the Cable Company for $10 per month and watch that cost go up every 6 months. I've already broken even on where I would be if I was still leasing. Thank you for a Great Product....

I needed to upgrade to take advantage of the internet speed I was paying for so I decided to stay with Motorola, I'm glad I did. I was able to self install without waiting on hold for a representative from my cable company. The only problem I had was due to a misprint in the instructions from Motorola, the default password is incorrect.

Modem works well but it does have issues like little interruption once a while which can be annoying otherwise it is a good modem.

It does what it says on the box, however, you need to check the Arris's website in order to get an owner's manual. It would have been more helpful to have one included in the box. Also, make sure to check any and all devices that you plan on connecting to the WiFi. Some devices may only be able to connect to the Internet when the modem is set to the correct settings which you may need to search for on different websites. I have no networking experience but at least setting up the modem is simple enough.

This product works perfectly for my needs. It was easy to setup and I have had only 1 problem with it. The documentation indicates a username and password to access the settings. The password provided was not correct. I had to go online to find the correct password.

This is a necessary item for home intenet, whether leased from an internet provider or puchased from Best Buy. The first store I tried did not have it, but Best Buy had it on the shelf. Buying it pays for itself when compared to leasing in less than a year.

This modem really made a difference for us. It's really fast and since it has the built-in wifi router there's less clutter and fewer cords to deal with in our computer area. We've had no problems whatsoever and we have a lot of electronic devices in our home that either we or our children use a lot. Totally worth every cent.

Very good modem/router for broadband internet such as Comcast. Easy to set up and use. Connects devices that are WPS enabled with a push of a button. So far good performance and no interference issues using the standard 2.4ghz bandwidth even in an apartment setting where a larger amount of interference issues may occur. A little bit pricey, but overall good quality and has been reliable from day one over the past month.
