Sometimes my internet says there's poor connection, but it works good most of the time. We use multiple devices with this.

always have to reboot...have to have laptop right near it to get signal...cannot keep a constant connection...its awful

Not sure if it's my internet connection speed or the router modem. My internet drops a lot and it takes awhile to load a page.

Buying an all in one was a mistake. It bogs down your Internet speeds. Would never buy an all in one again.

speeds are so slow I had to return it, wouldn't waste your time with this 1

It is a good product for the money. It is also limited in number of wifi need, you pay for what you get.

Worked great for about a year then just stopped working when Comcast switched to a new docsys update.

Very slow if your using it for xfinity! My Internet is running at half the speed with this modem

If you don't need to have a phone feature it's a great replacement for modem/router that comes with comcast.

It's ok I didn't work for me and I took it back and exchange it a different one. But it was ok.

This is supposed to be compatible with the Time Warner cable router and Wi-Fi. I lose connection

As stated above, I thought that a new modem/router would speed up the computer; my computer is still slow.

My ISP wont see why my service is getting slower and is getting unstable and so i am caught in between.

With this combo router/modem, my wireless download speed was only 1/6 my wired connection. I hooked up a spare wireless router I had laying around to the combo modem. At the same frequency and channel I was getting way better results. For example: Wired connection (to modem) - 6Mbps Wireless (surfboard extreme) - 1Mbps Wireless (different router) - 4.5 Mbps

While the idea of a modem-router combo is great, this product does not live up to the expectations. While it is easy to set up, it does not provide you with the speed or range you expect. Also, there are frequent dropped connections.

Doesn't put out a strong enough signal through the entire house.

It beats from paying $11 a month for the time warner equipment.

It is Nov 16 2016 so I have had this modem/ router for 5 months and the last two months have been horrible. It worked great at first. We have TWC internet service and their modems kept giving us issues. We decided to purchase our own but we had to make sure it was TWC compatible so we are limited on options. The modem gets really hot. When it does the wifi signal drops off and we have to reset about once sometimes twice a week. If you have alot of wifi devices I would also be wary. I have to power down some of them so the wifi signal stays strong. We have 3 cell phones, PS4, Laptop, bluray player (not all at same time) but it still gives us problems. I am not made of money so I can't just keep buying modems all the time. We are trying to make do for now and keep resetting. The really good modems are almost $300, so that isn't gonna happen because that is more than my car payment.
