We cant get a signale across our house and this was over 100 dollars the one i had before works way better for half the price.

Not the best out there in regards to Range and setup. Still having issues with wireless PC's dropping signal. Never had that problem with my previous setup. Thought I was upgrading but in fact I think I went back in time.

It can do both 2.4 and 5ghz wireless but would be better if it could do them at the same time. I ended up needing to get another router that had both active at the same time. Everything else on this one works great.

This would be great for a small apartment, but not for a house. I have a small house and the wifi would not reach to all rooms. Better off buying a modem seperatly and a router seperatly.

I got this for my time Warner cable services and this modem is decent when connected by wired, but wireless is horrible, it drops speed constantly. I would recommend not to get this modem.

I have been having problems losing my internet connection. I have had to contact Comcast several times to reset my modem. If it continues I will have to contact Motorola.

I have had to restart this router numerous times. And I have even had to do a few hard resets because it stops working. Returning it.

I bought this Motorola Modem/Router when I first set up with Xfinity. It only work for couple hours, then most of my devices are not able to detect the network. I call both Xfinity and Motorola and concluded I may have a defective product. I finally exchanged for a Zoom modem without any hassles.

I used this wireless keyboard for my smart TV. It doesn't support the You Tube but makes the navigation faster and easier if you don't have smart remote.

Very difficult to configure and wireless signals are not strong when you step into other rooms. Wireless network not showing up on all the devices and laptops.

I have a very fast interenet connection.. I was hoping that this would be able to keep up.. it drags... go with netgear

We bought thinking it would be better than the one Time Warner provides, yeah no it's worse way worse. We are constantly having to reconnect. Only one device can stream, and if one is streaming/watching a video on youtube it kicks everyone off..no one has wifi. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Just can't give a non star review for this garbage. Just get a Asus wifi router (rt68 or rt66) and a garbage cable modem, it's ganna give u the best speed. I already tried the range extender but it only works as a repeater. The Asus wifif router has 3 model to work, bridge, repeater and what else I forgot but I'm sure it's the best for large home. No matter how far u go the speed won't drop! Repeaters will drop speed the further u away the lower speed u get.

Every 3 or 4 days I have to reset it, because it loses connection. I would not recommend

I bought it and returned it. It only downloaded at 30mbs. When I bought the net gear brand it was downloading so much faster.

Had to reset everyday, it would drop our internet connection. I do not recommend.

Unit may work well most all day long and then all of a sudden, the wireless drops to 25% of wired. No way to get it back unless you unplug the unit and restart, that may work. I will be returning to Best Buy.

To be honest the wifi signal on this is horrible. You can barely get a good signal two rooms down the hall. Wouldn't recommend

This modem was not that good. Had to reset alot. And it does not support spectrums 200mbs service.
