I was looking to replace my equipment, which was rented from Time Warner, and researched a couple of options before heading to Best Buy. Upon arriving in the department, I was greeted by a friendly sales staff whom directed me to this product...and I'm happy with the purchase, as it meets my needs. I'm sure there is more expensive equipment with more extravagant features, but this fits my bill.

Bought to eliminate Comcast $10 monthly rental charge. It works good for my needs. A little slow, but that may be Comcast.

Purchased this modem to replace the one I was paying Comcast to use. It works great! The techs/installers (two different ones) both said it would perform better than the one they provide because, according to them, it is better. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this thing. Not only is it more than fast enough to handle all of my data usuage such as streaming movies, multiple smartphones on my wifi, and gaming online, but because it is all on one package I don't have to worry about space or plugging in another router into the wall on top of the modem. Setup was super easy and I honestly didn't have to do much besides plug it into the wall and attach the cable from the wall from my ISP. Oh and BestBuy priced matched my price on the spot. Awesome!!

Previous owner of a Motorola surf board extreme. If you are a gamer, have other devices in your household that needs an Internet connection or have family members that use the Internet. This combo is extremely fast and works great, although if you have D-Link cameras, they are not easy to setup to this device.

Needed to upgrade router/modem. Very Easy to set up and install. Signal strength is excellent and very easy to connect to computers, mobile devices, etc.

I've had this modem/router combo. for about a month now. Set up was easy (though the Comcast guy did it for me). It does what it needs to do, but it doesn't give the fastest download speeds. Speed tests show that I am getting just about what we pay for at Comcast, not much more. Signal is noticeably weaker one floor above router. Next time, I'll buy a separate modem and router. But it works fine for now.

Have had no problems with it at all. Easy to install. Don't like to have to pay more for teck. support right out of the box.

Product was easy to install and has never lost connection like my old router. It's also saved space and looks better sitting out versus a modem and router. Great product! Well worth the money!

I purchase this product because my internet went down and the Comcast customer service thought it was the modem and the Comcast store has already closed so I went to Best Buy and picked this one. My internet is working great with nice speeds. Great Buy!

Had my old cisco modem go out and needed a replacement that could still host 4 ethernet connections and provide the speed needed for file transfer and streaming, while having security controls for kids, guest access, etc. This modem proved to be great

Bought for my daughter instead of renting from cable company. She said it works great, has not had to reset it yet.

We have just switched from DSL to cable, and this item handles it beautifully. The internet is fast and without interruptions, and the wireless reaches the whole house. There are 4 ethernet ports in the back. Very satisfied with this product.

I've had this for a 8 weeks now and no problems. Easy set up, called my internet provider and that's it! Up and running!
