THE COMPUTERS WE USE ARE ON THE FIRST & SECOND FLOORS AND THE WIFI SIGNAL IS NOT THE STRONGEST AND MANY CONNECTIONS ARE DROPPED OUT. & WE HAVE RECONNECT. THE WIFI.
