Excellent modem/router!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was renting one from comcast for at least 7 years and it was terrible, the signal would drop, i would get below 20mbps, so i decided to buy my own and got this. Its amazing, never dropped a signal and now get a constant speed of 65 MBPS and above.

Great price, great features!

The range on the wifi, is not that great, but decent for the price that you pay. Setting up the device was easy, all I had to do was get my internet provider to scan the device, to enter it into their system. Very easy to use. Almost idiot proof.

Good cable modem for Time Warner Cable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this cable modem because the Arris modem provided by Time Warner kept dropping the internet connection. I unboxed the modem and plugged it in. I called Time Warner to have them provision the modem for me. They attempted to sell me faster internet access while they were provisioning the modem. I declined. This modem is DOCSIS 3 compatible, so it is future proof in regards to faster internet speeds such as 100 MB down. I have had the modem running for 37 days and I have not had to reboot it once. I do have it connected to an ASUS wireless router. I disabled the internal WIFI radio on the modem. I did configure the wireless settings on the modem. I like knowing that I can enable the wireless radio on this modem if my ASUS wireless router quits working. I can turn on the WIFI radio on the modem and be up and running again in no time flat.

Easy setup, great performace.
