Motorola - SURFboard eXtreme DOCSIS 3.0 Wireless-N Cable Modem and Gigabit Router Great product! Easy to use and install I have already passed on good info about this product to family members who have also purchased with our great feedback.

This works very well no issues so far very quick speed and easy set up

I have noticed a significant difference in speed from the DOCIS 2.0 modem. Although, I have had some issues with the wireless connection. It may be interference as I live in a condo building so I try different channels. I also had issues connecting it to my DVD so I had to put up the 2.0 as an additional wireless network and connect to it. I wish that wasn't the case.

Good - Easy to step up and working super nice ! Works perfectly with my TV and 3 devices all at the same time.

Bought this cable modem to use on Comcast internet. It set up easily and got it activated in one call. Works well without problem. Wi-Fi set up on smartphones, laptop and IPad. I plugged in the Smart TV to an Ethernet port. All works.

As a single retired woman, I found this particular purchase easy to install, reasonable price and works great. Have had no problems with it. This is a replacement for a previous one that I have used for about 7-8 years. The other one went out, but not because of the device. My cat kept playing with the cords and caused the internet plug end to not fit tightly in the hole. Of course that made it easy for him to make it come loose all the time. I also recommended this particular one (brand) to my sister who has used hers for about 7 years too.

Initially had issues with maintaining wireless connection, but I found that the internal firewall was incompatible with my firewall. Disabled the firewall onboard the router and it works fine now. I'm still not totally convinced I've figured out all of the bugs, but it connects and download speeds are not choked (as they were with the firewall conflict issue).

It's good to have only one box for modem and router, instead of two equipment. Good speed and easy Config.

I bought this modem/router combination box for my cable internet service after noticing how much energy my rented modem from my cable provider and my separate wireless router were consuming. When my landlord denied my request to put in a cable connection near my computer (upstairs from the one connection in the apartment), the cable company recommended a similar motorola model. This model is about $15 cheaper than the top-of-the-line model they told me to buy -- but it meets all of their specifications for my service. Overall, it's plug-and-play with Windows 8, even though I think the documentation for it is only up to Windows 7. What I do not like is how hard it is to first locate the built in password for the wireless connection (written in micro-fine print no less!) and second how long and complex that password is. I understand that is important for security, but it really makes the setup hard. You are not even offered a screen (that I could find) for changing the password. So upgrading computers or adding more computers to your home network is hard. Besides that, it works WONDERFUL! I had no clue my internet service, much less my actual brand new computer, was THIS FAST! This is a modem to buy if you plan on using a cable provider for your internet and do not want to pay for cable modem rental fees -- which really add up over time. I think I will need to use this box for 2 years before the purchase price is made up for in savings from not renting my box. But the energy savings is surprising. I've shaved at least $3 per month off my electric bill using this box. Assuming this box will operate for at least 4 years, it will be a good value over time.

I purchased this to replace my Comcast modem once we got rid of cable. It was super easy setup and I have had no issues with it. May not be as fancy as other modems but it does everything I need and its fast enough for me.

Works as it should and seems faster than the xfinity modem router. Saves money every month in rental fees for their box. Best Buy had them in stock and setup was easy. Should pay for itself in no time. Highly recommend!

8 Channel bonding for high speeds make this very reliable. Router function is good but not for beginners to configure. Wireless speeds and reliability no connection issues.

I am a big loyal fan to Motorola products. I just love the brand. This Modem works great and was a very quick and easy set up. I have great WiFi and just love it!

Installed easily and works fine with Comcast . Speed was much improved from the older modem I had. Really good to only have both modem and wireless router in one unit.

I bought this device so I won't have to keep paying Comcast to rent their CR@PPY Modem/Router. I saw a Huge difference in Downloading and streaming speeds with the Motorola - SURFboard eXtreme DOCSIS 3.0 Wireless-N Cable Modem and Gigabit Router compared the one from Comcast. I got more than double the speed! This product was worth every penny!

This modem works for both my computer and my new SMART TV. I no longer have to pay each month a rental modem fee to Time Warner. It was easy to install and works just as good as the one I had with Time Warner.

No worries of buying a separate cable modem and wireless router with this combo available. Easy installation and reliable use for websurfing and video streaming. Just bought a second one for the vacation home.

Using it for regular work, streaming etc for more than 5 devices, good performance and range

This was my first experience with this product and it turned out to be fantastic. Very easy to configure even if you are doing it over a phone with a support engineer. Since i started to use it i have had ZERO issues.
