I was looking for a device with both cable and wireless internet capability and this modem has it. I have 3 TVs and several laptops, cell phones, tablets, and computers connected to it at once. Your cable and internet provider may recommend this device if you would rather not pay to rent one of theirs.

I'd read some less that stellar reviews, but I found them to be baseless in my experience. I was quite pleased with the increased wireless speed and its dependability. I've had nothing but good service from it.

Product is great, works great.

We have purchased computers, printers, iPads, and other electronic devices, and have never had so much difficulty setting a new product up.

Good if you're looking to bundle and save.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this a 3 star rating because we ended up returning this product for just a straight modem, and bought a router separately. This product worked and was a breeze to set up on Cox. However the speeds leave a bit to be desired, and of course, if the modem component dies... the entire thing does and must be replaced (same for the router side). If you are not attempting to max your speed, do not care about the eventual replacement, and simply want to de-clutter your area... this works great.
