I really like this router. it serves my purpose and is pretty fast and seems to be very reliable

I decided to buy my own Modem/Router combo when TWC decided they were raising rental fees. I love this one and it works great. It is just as fast as the TWC modem and actually it is about .50mbps faster but it's nothing to be noticed. It will pay for itself in 13 months. The only problem I've had with it and I'm pretty sure it is TWC doing it so I'll come back and rent their equipment again, is every couple days I have to reboot it by unplugging and restarting it because the speed will drop from 24.81mbps to 2.31mbps. After I reboot it the speeds are in the 24's again.

This router has been one of the better ones I've seen so far. I haven't had any problems even though my ISP is known for not being very good. Signal strength could be a bit stronger, but it is as advertised.

Bought this after old one was zapped by lightning. Easy to hook up and working great.

I like the speeds it gives reliable to comcast no problems installing easy and fast.

Set up was very easy. I love the convenience on router and modem combined. I don't see the 50mbps speeds my isp says I would get that's why I gave it 4 stars, but this could be the isp fault. There have been a couple of times when I was steaming it would buffer but again I don't know if that was the modem or ISP.

I currently live in a single story home and always get a good signal with this. There are a couple laptops, tablets, and phones that all use the Wi-Fi and I haven't had any problems. I don't game online or stream movies, so I have the entry level internet speed. I occasionally watch tv shows online (not live) and my laptop buffers at times when the commercials come on but not while the show is playing.

Very simple and easy to set up, this item is nice and compact and works beautifully. No need to pay a monthly rental or pay to have them set it up.

Great value, easy out of the box setup. Modem and router functions very reliable and a user friendly installation guide is provided on line.

Purchase this to replace modem that I was leasing. Set up was a bit challenging and you have to call internet provider. Once completed, range was about the same but has intermittent signal drops and have to reset. Also, this modem DOES NOT HAVE PHONE OUTPUT so I had to keep other modem and get splitter (which also contributes to signal loss). Overall, I'm still pleased with purchase.

I bought this to save the monthly modem rental charge from Comcast. So far the modem has been working great. My cable and internet run fine, and there is enough power to run all my devices without a lag. I really can't compare it to anything yet as far as another brand but I would purchase this on again

this is an excellent product with great support. easy to install and very reliable. don't waste money renting cable modem from Comcast!

Purchased to replace my NetGear router and two leased cable modems. Very happy with the dual purpose device. Savings in lease fees will pay for it in no time. Easy setup and install.

The Motorola SURFboard gets an extra star just for being a substitute to comcast's modem that would cost you $5.00 a month for leasing from them. On it's own I would say it gets three stars because there are better performance options but this one is still great for all performance needs that are wired. For better wireless performance their are better ones of the same brand.

The modem is fairly easy to set up. It is much faster than the older modems.

I bought this to replace a router I was renting from the cable company. It was easy to setup and install. It works great but hard to get a strong signal in some areas of my 3,200 sq ft home.

I recently upgraded my internet service and knew that my hardware had to be upgraded as well. I consulted with the Geek Squad at the store and discussed options for a combination modem/wireless router. This is what I bought. Super fast, haven't had any issues with being bumped off network or slow speeds when there are multiple wireless items running at the same time.

Easy setup, no real connectivity issues to speak of. The router is in my office, downstairs on one end of the house, but I can stream to my Xbox upstairs on the opposite end of the house without trouble.
