Very good size , fits everywhere, easy to set up , I'm really recommend

Product was very easy to install. Just had to hook up two wires and call my internet company to give them a few numbers on the router. Now I have fast internet for the whole house.

This product is excellent. It is easy to set up and does not require a lot of space. I had to upgrade my equipment to meet the new requirements of Comcast. This modem worked great.

I didn't know the Arris name... but I do now. Motorola technology, design, and implementation are bulletproof. I have purchased and installed two of these for my office and for my beach home. This is a reminder to me that I get what I pay for. Perfect performance on the modem, likewise for the router. Outstanding signal quality and strength for N-standard wireless.

Bought this to save on rental charges from my internet provider. It was easy to install and so far has been very reliable.

This device works perfectly as promised. We only use the internet...for everything...yeah we're on a budget to save for our first house, so when Comcast tried to upgrade me for a "few dollars more a month" for "higher speed" internet and I saw no difference in speed plus a much higher bill than I expected, I went into my friendly Best Buy and got this device recommended by the salesperson...now I play less than previously to Comcast, get great internet speed and no longer pay a rental fee to Comcast saving me hundreds over the life of this device. I've yet to be disappointed by Best Buy's service and quality products! Thanks!

This modem rocks, it is very easy to setup, user friendly as far as elementary networking goes! I am impressed with the speed, the signal, and the ease of setup. Bravo!

works as advertised with comcast cable internet. feels heavyish so appears to be well built. the netgear modem felt light and cheap which is why i spent the extra money on the motorola. motorola has been doing this along time which is another reason. set up is a breeze if your familar with the modem interface pages and the way that they work.

Easy and quick installation, use it for xfinity internet with an apple airport time capsule - it´s fast and I have perfect wifi access in the whole 2000sqft house...

I purchased this to avoid the monthly box service charge from my cable company. This was one of the recommended cable modems. The initial set up and switch from the cable modem was very easy. Make sure you have all the information such as the cable modem id, once you give them the id your existing service is dead. The cable modem worked immediately after activation by the cable company. I did customize the settings to be more appropriate for my situation. I opted to use my existing WiFi equipment, so I turned off the builtin WiFi setting of the new modem, but I have it as a back up.

I'd have to say, I was taking a risk buying this. I have always been told to never buy a 2 in 1, but I just moved out to a new apartment and wanted to have minimal devices laying around. I went with Motorola because I have always used their modems and have never had an issue. Not gonna lie, I was frustrated at first because I was only getting about 20% of the speeds I was supposed to get and was at the point of returning the product. Just as I was about to give up, a friend recommended changing the wireless channel, and my speeds instantly shot up! Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this to upgrade the Comcast Modem/Router at our shore house. Was relatively easy to set up and the speed and connectivity was MUCH improved. I recommend.

I bought this modem out of anger, Comcast would not give me the modem needed to stop poor service. Freezing video, slow downloads, and endless waiting. In fact they were quite rude! I told them what to do with their modem and bought this one. This modem is half the size and twice as fast! The WiFi coverage is excellent! Everything works as it should. I pay $8.00 per month less now I'm a happy guy...C
