Motorola wireless surfboard,was difficult to get it hooked to Comcast Xfinity but that's not the product your product's fault. I love the product

Excellent wifi device. Great service, easy to setup. Would recommend to others.

It should be able to sustain up to 10 devices; however, having 5 devices at home sometimes it does not split the same connection speed to all devices. some devices received less internet speeds.

I purchased this item to act as wireless router for laptop & modem so I can disconnect time Warners modem & not be charged $8 month leasing fee.

Does everything as advertised. Speed is great, setup was easy.

The modem/router was easy enough to set up, but as with any new service I had to contact Comcast a couple of times to get the signal through. That was the only pain. Nothing to do with the equipment I bought.

Got this because of the name reputation, had the SB6141 prior. Install is easy with good instructions. Worked fine for first month then started dropping WIFI sig to the phones and iPads and other tablets, WIFI stayed connected to the two iMac's with no problems. Only solution is a separate router or reseting every 2 days(thats getting old). Think twice before trusting motorola stuff for its name only. To late to return (BB is 15 days) Prob starred at day 20. 8>{

The setup was unbelievably easy. I read the box in the store 3 times before making the purchase and then once home proceeded to follow the instructions. I did do research prior to making the purchase and this brand and model got high marks. Not regretting my purchase at all.

This product is awesome. It works seamlessly offering the bandwidth offered by the provider without any outages. I highly recommend the product!

This serves as both modem and router, taking up less space and fewer wires. Using this device saves me monthly rental fees from my server.

I have always had the surfboard (previously by Motorola). What I love most is the speed boost to my current broadband connection. I do not have to a monthly rental fee for my device. This modem is also wireless router all in one, which removes a lot of clutter. I am an Xfinity/Comcast customer and it is compatible with their network. Totally worth it!

The product worked great. There was only one hiccup during printer installation and it could have been the printer's fault so I didn't deduct any stars for it. Make sure you price match with Amazon. It was quite a bit cheaper but as usual Best Buy was very easy to deal with and very courteous at the checkout in regards to price matching. Also make sure you're not buying more than you need. Check to see what your bandwidth is and get the appropriate modem. We almost bought the next one up until the sales associate pointed out that the extra speed did is no good since xfinity is limiting our speed anyway. Our connection is slow at times but that is due to us not upgrading our connection to business speeds.

Great for comcast to save money it works great good speed easy to setup

This is a great cable modem. I go through Time Warner Cable and it works perfect. This product is something that will save me money in the long haul as TWC charges $20 per month for the same product.

I have been using this modem + wifi router for little over a year. I had multiple instances of wifi connection resetting or giving up. We had to uplug the device and start it over again to get back the wifi connection. We used to come to know that wifi had failed again whenver our smart phones were switching to 4G. The device ultimately failed when there were small electric fluctuations due to thunder storms and lightning outside. However, my other devices such as Roku and TV which were connected to the same outlet servived. Now I plan to buy separate Internet modem and wifi router. I didn't like the fact that this device failed right after manucaturer's warranty of 1 year.

Had no problems installing and to this moment it works great.

I got this modem for comcast high speed internet (which is recommended for this product) and the speed became lower than what I had before with my 4-year old modem. The internet speed is 25 mbps, I confirmed it by using the comcast speed test.
