I have bought another modem before. I was not satisfied with the performance of it. Then I changed it with Arris, it has great performance. really good product.

Bought this for my Brother. He is as happy as can be. Was having trouble streaming and the Surfboard solved his issues.

I had high speed internet with Comcast and rented modem from them....now I have regular speed and this one. My internet is way slower...but I am sure if I should blame modem or supplier . I guess modem works fine.

This device is terrible. It will run fine for a few months but after that it randomly starts dropping signal. After doing some internet searching I discovered that this is a regular issue that was never fixed nor acknowledged by the manufacturer.

I am getting 30 mbps upload and 6 mbps download speed which is exactly what my internet subscription is. I also have up to 8 wireless devices connected at the same time.

We were looking for a combination modem/router that we could use for a wi fi environment without having to rent a modem from Comcast. It was installed easily and works well.

I bought this because my old modem was going out. I am very happy because this is a much better internet connection.

Simple enough set up and working fabulously from day one. Now about a month in and haven't had to restart, power off, reconnect devices, or anything. Even has advanced options for added levels of protection. MBP, iPad, iPhone, Windows laptop for work; all work fluently AND simultaneously without a hitch!

It is nice not to have a modem and separate wireless router. Keeps the clutter down, however my internet seems to cut off when it did not do that prior to switching. Wireless is not strong in some parts of the house.

I tried following the direction that were included in the box, they sucked. Updated and wrong, but once I reached out to the phone # included, it was a breeze. Most of my troubles had to do with my weak, almost non-existent, Comcast internet connection, not my new modem. Once I had that repaired, it's been perfect ever since.

Easy setup, this was truly a plug and play device. Good signal strength and bandwidth is very stable with time warner.

We were notified by Comcast that the modem they furnished was being eliminated and that we needed to upgrade our modem. This was the perfect opportunity to eliminate the rental fee and buy our own modem. It's both a modem and router which is perfect and we have had no problems whatsoever. It's a great buy!

it was on Time Warner's list and also the salesperson recommended it. Get WiFi throughout the house with no problem

This works fine for browsing,downloading etc on a laptop or a tablet or a smartphone. When it comes to stream something on TV this fails. It is not that powerful. I don't recommend this for streaming on TV.

Great modem easy setup although I get confused on which network I need to sign onto the 2.4 or the 5 hz . The bigger one seems to make sense although I don't think it works that way so I just connect to the 2.4 one an it seems to run fine. But of course none of that is the modem fault just user error cause I don't know.
