    I used 2 years and didn't get any issue, the technical support from ARRIS is good. The network never drops, wifi range is good.

    I would recommend this to a friend

    This is a small compact wireless modem and router, that was easy to set up on Comcast. For my houshold of one it meets all my wifi needs. Irrelevant to it's performance, i do enjoy the blue light show when the lights are all off too. :)

    It really was the worst combination modem/router I could have purchased. Worked great as a modem but the wi-fi signal was week and kept dropping in my house. I could walk 20ft away from the device and my wi-fi signal would be non existent on my phone. Needless to say, I'm returning it.
