I wasn't expecting much from this but I was blown away. It's not your typical alien movie and it definitely worth watching. I suggest going in with as little information as possible.

One of the best science fiction movies in a long time. Arrival is a contemplative meditation on language, time, trust and ultimately, love. It will make you think. Highly recommended.

Was a film I bought because of the hype and found it was worth it. All the performances were impressive. This film is a drama so not what you are looking for if you want action packed.

This movie really challenged me while viewing and after. Thought I saw what was coming ....some but not near all. Made me think long after viewing. Have already watched a third time.

The non-linear way we get to view this movie is what makes it so special. It belongs in the upper echelon of modern film, and was definitely the best film of 2016, in my opinion.

Overall good movie interesting plot line I would recommend renting first before buying. Not sure I would end up watching this multiple times however

Saw this in theaters first. Interesting, thoughtful, and likely realistic portrayal of how first contact with advanced alien visitors might happen.

Many Sci fi movies are heavy with special effects and action to spice up the story. This movie is a true sci-fi flick for your mind. The special effects are used to support the story.

Arrival isn't your typical alien movie, it is about discovery and curiosity that unifies society.

Love this movie! is so different specially the space ship, completely a new look from the usual. The best part is that you learn at the end how the sequence of events really happened.

I watched this movie not knowing what to expect and was very pleased. It is a wonderful film with a great story and terrific acting all around.

Had not seen this when it was in the theaters. Purchased it with a chance to see what all the hype was concerning it. I was captivated throughout it. Some what of a suprise ending.

One of my top 5 movies so getting it for $5 was a dream. Love getting to show people this movie just to see their minds get blown.
