The movie started very slow, and seemed to drag over character 'setup'; however, as the story unfolded it all tied together.

A well thought out movie that explores the international politics of a first contact and the difficulties of a very alien communication method. Nicely done.

Very good storyline, extremely good acting, very good characters. But, THE MOVIE IS HORRIBLY TOO DARK!

We have a 2003 55" Visio and we've loved it. Sound went out, so we chose to get another Visio. We really like this brand. We have 2 other Visio TV's as well.

A movie that may have to watched several times to figure out the time lines , as time is pictured differently as we view it.

I didn't get a chance to see this in the theater, but I sure wish I had. Looked and sounded amazing, and such an original take on the "Alien Invasion" story.

I hate reviews that tell everything about the movie itself so don't expect that here. If you want a review of the movie itself go to metacritic or rotten tomatoes. There are some decent special features, the movie looks good on a 4k set, including the digital download. Sound is good without the lows being overwhelming. If you're interested in the movie it's worth getting the blu-ray or digital download.

Amy Adams gives one of her best performances, Forrest Whitaker does a great job and the story is very engaging. Blu Ray sports excellent picture and sound.

The concept for the movie was shot well and will have you guessing the entire time. Pay attention to not miss any parts.

You have to think to enjoy this movie. Not like the majority of product coming out of Hollywood. That said, I enjoyed it.

Similar to interstellar in some ways but set on earth. Great movie, comes prettt dang close to what it actually feels like when learning another language.

Great story and very philosophical in it's premise of Sci-fi movies from the past. Very well written, directed and the cast made this movie believable.
