Caveat: I am a die hard science fiction fan. A must watch for sy-fy fans. This movie lives up to all the hype it has received.

This movie is amazing! I saw it in theaters and it was almost on the same level as Interstellar or Inception, great story.

I loved the movie. The acting, scene settings, script - overall, it was nicely done

I liked the acting and directing, but the concept of the aliens was weak. They were generic mysterious aliens, who for beings that were advanced enough to have interstellar travel, were amazingly unprepared to communicate. And the magic plot device (hack Sci Fi writing) at the end to make the story work (which I won't spoil here) was irritating.

I hadn't seen this movie when it was in theaters, but I already knew I would enjoy the film. It definitely didn't disappoint.
