With not knowing to much about the Green Arrow, I decided to take a chance to see how it would turn out. Surprisingly DC Comics brought their "A" game when creating this show. It definitely keeps you on your toes and twists that catch you by surprise. Overall a must see TV show if you are in to DC Comics super hero's

I was unfamiliar with the Green Arrow comic book series, so I found this to be an fresh and intriguing tale of vigilante justice. The characters are interesting enough and the plot has enough points of interest to drive the story, but the real reason to watch this is the outstanding performance of newcomer Oliver Queen who manages to handle the action and complexity of the character with ease. A solid feather in the DC comics cap. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys this sort of fare.

Before watching this show, I always shrugged my shoulders at the character Green Arrow. But after watching this I was blown away. Amazing show from Pilot to season finale. This show made me become quite a follower of the Green Arrow now. Already watched Season 2; which was equally amazing and am now highly anticipating Season 3!

Green Arrow was not one of my favorite comics growing up, but I'm a sucker for superhero movies and tv shows. I thought I would give Arrow a try, not expecting a lot.. Boy was I wrong! Good plots, decent acting, and better special effects than I was expecting, plus a lot of action make this a good show for an hour of entertaainment. I like the kind of dark vibe to the show, similiar to the Dark Knight trilogy. I would highly recommend this show even if you are not a comic fan.

The first few episodes of this season can get a bit repetitive fairly quickly, but once the show and actors find their footing things get really interesting and you can't help but get sucked into the two main plots (told parallel to each other, which, really nice decision IMHO) and various subplots of the outlying characters.

This season surpasses in every way the amazingly ambitious first season and sets the stage for an even more jawdropping third season. Continues to be one of the best shows on TV. Content-wise, this set delivers. It even includes a handy bonus "episode" which encapsulates all of the first season in a 42 minute refresher.

My friend got me interested in this show by making me watch the clip of Stephen Amell using the salmon ladder to work out. I was enjoying watching the episode and then the last two minutes hit...what??? You absolutely cannot miss the last 2 minutes of ANY Arrow episode. They hook you in hard for the next ep!

Really love the dark gritty tone of this series. The producers have really upped the ante from Smallville with this excellent mature show. Give it a try even if you think you don't like Green Arrow. The Bluray presentation is razor sharp and the sound delivers. Couldn't beat the price - $16.99 for 23 episodes.

Honestly, I bought this on a whim. I felt that I should give it a chance, and it's a fine show. I'm not in love with it, but I do enjoy it more than Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. That show just missed the mark in every way. This is just kind of fun. I'm curious to check out season two, so I think that says something. On the bonus feature side of things, it's fine. It's mostly behind the scenes features, but they work. The one on the stunts is entertaining. The gag reel, however, is not even remotely funny. It's kind of a shame. All in all, the show is worth checking out.

I think when the character Oliver Queen, a.k.a. The Green Arrow showed up in the previous CW TV show Smallville, it left audiences wanting to see more. So they created a whole TV show with a new cast and it is awesome. Lots of drama, action, and intrigue. Highly entertaining.

I'm not a huge comic book/superhero fan. I casually like some of them and I took a chance on arrow as I knew NOTHING about Arrow (comic/show) and was really hooked. A'int your run of the mill superhero type show. Its slick, cool and action packed. It was a pleasant surprise.

This is a great show featuring the Green Arrow from DC comics. Its choreography is well done, and most of its actors do an excellent job (especially Stephen Amell). This Blu Ray has a bunch of great special features that make it even more worth buying, including deleted scenes and a gag reel.

I made this purchase because of the price and wanted to see the origin episode along with the special features. I was completely blown away by the picture quality. It is awesome and one of my favorite shows. Definitely worth the purchase for a casual fan starting out or for the hardcore.

I didn't watch this show when it aired on TV. Waited for the DVD so I could watch them as a continuous show. I knew it would be a good show, but it turned out to be an excellent show. I really was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

This is an excellent CW show, they did a great job bringing the Arrow character to life. Its nice to see some attention given to the Arrow, he is definitely an underrated DC superhero. Fun to see the Arrow's story explained through this awesome show! Highly recommended!

This might be arguably the best superhero on TV right now. They picked the right guy to play Oliver Queen/Arrow. The supporting cast makes this show even better. I know a lot of people are going to say why I didn't pick Gotham. I would say because Bruce Wayne is still a kid.

I have to admit I was skeptical to buy this show series, I waited until the 2nd season was out then read reviews on both seasons. Bought season 1 & 2 together. I ended up binge watching both seasons in just a few days! The level of stunt action is higher than most action shows.

Ever since I heard that there was going to be a Green Arrow show, I've always been exited to see the next episode and then even the next. The discs run as a "marathon mode" so they will keep playing without you having to select the next episode! It's awesome!

My oldest son got me started watching Arrow when I stay with their family and I look forward to each show every time. We purchased the Season 1 and 2 and mailed it to our youngest son as part of his Christmas packages. Still waiting to hear his reviews!

The family is really enjoying this show. I love to buy the seasonss so that we can just keep watching and dont have to deal with commercials. Using my best buy rewards and shopping during the sale, I only paid $2.11 for season one! I'm a pretty happy Best Buy customer!
