    This steam mop is easy to use and works great. I love cleaning my floors now. It heats up quick and is easy to put together. This is the first steam mop that I've owned but man does it beat the old fashion way of mopping!!

    I have used this product multiple times. I originally was skeptical to buy it because of some review I have read, but all the negative reviews are wrong. This is a product that gives you everything it says it will and if it does not work correctly it is either a defective model or you didn't take time to read the directions to use it correctly. DO not listen to negative reviews. Buy this product to replace your traditional mop. Worse case scenario you return it to best buy for a full refund if you don't like it.

    I love this product but some stain won't come out even if high heat steam. I have two children and one dog, so now I don't need to worry about hash chemical to clean floor!
