One of Trivium's best albums. Must own. Great from beginning to end.

Matthew K. Heafy and his band Trivium are already one of the top metal bands out there. Ascendancy is there breakthrough album and is one that you can just hit play and let the whole record play through. These guys have it all. God himself touched these guys and they became the metal of today. Drowned and Torn Asunder is a masterpiece. Order all thier albums. you will be an instant fan.

Let me begin to tell you that this album is not for the faint hearted. It is amazingly fast with good lyrics and guitar skills. Heavy the lead singer has done a fantastic job with his vocals. The guitar riffs and solos are amazing. One of my favorite song is A Gunshoot to the Head of... If you love Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Antrax, you will love this album. Trivium has emerged to become a very talented and mature band with clear directions.

this band blows both eminem and kid rock out of the water this band seriously has alot of talent they truly are the best of the best trivium has been awesome since day 1 they seriously do rock and kick butt

as a trivium fan this is my favorite by far it has all of their most famous songs on it and i listen to the whole thing and did not skip a track that is very rare when i listen to a c.d when i first buy it definitely buy this cd

This is a great CD from Trivium! I also have their "Shogun" and "In Waves" CDs. They always rock out and this music is what i listen to when I work out. It really pumps me up!
