    I'm not good at using this yet---not convinced it's gonna be my thing. I love how the carafe looks and it does keep the coffee warm a long time, but the extra steps of boiling water in a kettle to then slowly pour in a variety of patterns onto the grounds in the filter in intervals...is not a good routine for me yet. I can see how it COULD become a nice zen morning ritual...but it's not that yet for me. Part of my dissatisfaction with the still bitter results could EASILY be the coffee I am using though I've studied that carefully, too, and am using what is supposed to be the least bitter option. I haven't given up yet, but be prepared for a learning curve and some not so delicious batches before you find your stride. At least that's where I am after 3 tries. Cheers, coffee lovers!

    Works wonderful. Keeps my coffee hot for at least 8 hours. Bought it for its easy portability. Well made. I get about 4 cups of coffee when it’s us full
