A good game and a worthy addition to the highly acclaimed Assassin's Creed Series. The graphics, voice acting, and gameplay are all stellar. It is also great to see a company's interactive interpretation of historical locations like Rome. My one complaint is that the game is very similar to its predecessors.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood picks up right where AC2 left off with Ezio in Rome. You did not need to play AC2 to enjoy this one but it would certainly help if you did.

As this series goes along I love it more and more. Phenomenal graphics as always, interesting story line, tons of extra side missions, challenging, and awesome game play. Even the music is stunningly beautiful like the graphics. Only frustrating thing is out of no where bandits or whatever come out of no where and attack you and only way I've found to get rid of them is to fight, however this adds a little spice and more action in to the game. Also, I'm not a huge fan of Rome. It's convenient not having to travel from town to town, but the city is so huge and doesn't offer as many mind-blowing landscape like Israel or Venice. Still a cool city though. Overall, I'd have to say Brotherhood is one of my favorites so far.

Fun for young teen kids and parents to play together. Dud not seem overly violent like some tend to be.

    UNITE ROMA!

This I found was to be far better then AC2. The story was beefy, it was full of drama, Full of action, the physics were so much better then the last game. It felt like I was playing a movie rather then a game. If you like long games with intense story and thrills, This is one for the shelf. It picks up right where AC2 left off, You're back in the Animus reliving the memories of Ezio, Right after he meets the hologram of the mysterious women. You escape Rome and head back to your own town, Only to follow up to a massive attack from the Borgia, Which leads to your town being destroyed, and you barely surviving. I don't wanna fully spoil it all, but you end up in Roma, Weak, Alone, and in major need of allies. Now like all games, it does have its flaws, Such as a few bugs where you will grab something to climb up, Only to stand on it and not be able to move at all, as if your stuck in a box, which requires you to restart the game. Other then that, I haven't encountered any other problems. Multiplayer is incredibly fun, with different game modes, Plus DLC's to get new game modes, Its great for hours of fun, It really gets ya going. Thats pretty much I can say about it, Go buy it, its awesome.

    Better then expected

The new AC is awesome. There are so many new features in this over AC2. Here are a few: Multiplayer: It will in no way take over games like Call of Duty or Halo but it is something that is a nice change of pace. I mostly play the wanted mode. In this mode you are assingned to assassinate a target. Well you are doing that another assassin is after you. There can be up to three people hunting you as well as hunting your prey. This game is all about stealth. The better you are the more points you will score. It is such a surprise when you are about to get your target and someone gets you. Fighting: Ezio now is a better fighter. Instead of standing and countering every move to kill enemies you can now string kills together and take many foes out quickly. Flags and feathers: Now you can see them in eagle vision and they will go on your map so you can come and get them at a later time. And the last thing is to redue missions. You can go back and try to make that assassination how you think it should have been. You also have challenges that can be done to make it like Ezio would have done back then. Overall this is just a great game and does have enough there to justify another $60 of your hard earned money. Hope to see Assassins Creed 3 next year.

excellent follow up to an already great series

More than likely, if you've bought this game you've played the first two and I'm sure you've loved the first two as much as I have. This sequel follows up in excellent style. The graphics are even better than the second one, the AI is spot on and best of all, we have multiplayer! The campaign is phenomenal. It has all the great things about the second one and then some. The counter kills are so much cooler, you can ride your horse through town and when fighting a group of people, there's an indication when one is about to attack so you're no longer guessing which guy in a 7 person brawl is going after you. The multiplayer is crazy. Something totally different and it's so cool. It's pretty straightforward, you get an assassination contract and you need to find the person. Don't think it's easy though. You start out with one weapon and thats about it. Sprinting away at first is useless. But as you progress through the game you unlock weapons, abilities, outfits, and characters. The one interesting thing about the multiplayer is that falling off a building doesnt harm you and there's no health in multiplayer. Overall, this is a great follow up and I'm glad I got this

This game is the best of the series so far. Fighting has been improved. Online is pretty good but only played a few matches. Extra stuff to do - train assassins, collect flags & feathers, solve subject 16 puzzles, and explore around. Every act is noticed, have to keep eye on notoriety or get Notorias and guards chase you as soon as they see you. Some missions are very hard but not impssible.

A must buy if you enjoyed Assassin's Creed II

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood starts off right where Assassin's Creed II left off. Continuing the story line and answering many questions fans had after the conclusion of the previous game, but by no means lowers the excitement. There are many additions to the campaign version including purchasing/renovating stores and shops along with famous landmarks, new combat moves and weapons, countless side missions and challenges, and much more. What struck me as surprisingly enjoyable was the addition of the multiplayer, where you and other players via Xbox Live try and sneak your way through the city attempting to kill other assassins. You can move up in the rankings after playing several games to upgrade to better weapons and other perks. I believe why this game is so successful is because the developers keep what the fan base enjoys, and expands on what makes the game great. That is why this game is a must buy for all fans of the Assassin's Creed series. If you have never played the previous versions, I suggest at least purchasing/renting the second one, otherwise the storyline may be confusing. Bottom Line: if you were not a fan of Assassin's Creed II, this game will not change your mind. But for all others, this game is worth every penny.

    Retitle: Assassin's Creed 2.5

This isn't so much of a new game as it is an extension of the Assassin's Creed 2. The gameplay is long enough to stand on its own, and the multiplayer is interesting enough. I couldn't legitimately suggest this title without having played the previous game/s. For fans of the series, this one definitely moves the overall plot along in ways that most of us came to expect. Be prepared for a few shockers and a cliffhanger ending as they leave a MAJOR hook for the next game. The ending is somewhat frustrating in this sense, as it becomes clear that Ubisoft is clearly pinching for more gametime and more titles out of the full series. Other than the frustration of drawn-out sequels, its still a fun game and still holds the look and feel that the Assassin's Creed series has become known for.

Assassins Creed: Brotherhood is the continuation of Assassins Creed 2 it takes place in the beautiful city of Rome. If you havent played the previous games then you probably really shouldnt play this game for its story. You will be very confused and although the game gives some background information it is not nearly enough to explain all of the crazy s### that goes down. I've played the previous games and even I'm still confused. Also this game has very intriguing characters that feel believeable. Anyway moving away from the story AC Brotherhood is a game with amazing graphics and lots of detail to make the game world really immersive. If you only play the main plotline this game is still quite lenghty for an expansion maybe just a bit shorter than Assassins Creed 2 it could take anywhere from 10-20 hours to complete and then go back to see all of the other side quests and extras. Then theres multiplayer. This is the first time the Assassins Creed series has contained multiplayer and it feels like it came to late beause its multiplayer is phenomenal. Multiplayer has never really been carried out like it has in Brotherhood. In the basic Wanted mode which is like a free-for-all you play as an assassin assigned to a target but also based on what place you are in you could have any number (up to 4) players that are hunting you. There are also perks and abilities that mix up the action and keep it fresh. you unlock them as you progress through the levels and its really fun to nail that perfect kill through planning and maybe a little luck. AC brotherhood feels like more than an expansion and if you play the multiplayer you wont be disappointed.

This game is amazing! Hands down the best Assassins creed game yet! The new brotherhood feature is my favorite add on to the assassins creed engine. Its so much fun to take out guards without doing anything while your recruited assassins fight them. There are a ton of side missions you can do after you beat the game so you are always kept busy. And about time they add multiplayer. The multiplayer is really fun and exciting and a big plus to the assassins creed series. I cant wait till the next one.
