This is a great addition to the franchise. Adding the open world and naval aspect was a refreshing addition to a franchise that was starting to get a little monotonous.

This is my favorite game now. I don't care what anyone else thinks of the series. I've played assassins creed since the beginning. I love the story line and game play. There's still some annoying gliches that frustrate me but they don't ruin the game for me.

Haven't played video games in a while, however Assassin's Creed truly blew me away. Breakdown, the gameplay overall is good, graphics great (on PS4), decent story line. For not so avid of a gamer, it kept me interested and wanting to play more. Whoever is on the fence, just go out and buy the game. You will not regret it.

While Ubisoft is milking the series, they were able to create a very great game with Assassin's Creed 4. While it isn't the best installment, it's a very good one to say the least. Naval battles are improved in this game and there's a lot of them. If you liked them in Assassin's Creed 3, you're going to love this one.

I recommend it to a any gamer that loves intense action, great graphics and stories.

Was a great game to play with plenty of challenging tasks. The store pickup was very convenient and efficient.

I bought this game by its self but if you haven't bought the system yet there is a bundle. Its a good game if you played the games before but now you can do ship battles and a great game for the series.

The overall gameplay is awesome. I'm really drawn to the naval battles, I think it's a great dimension to the game. I've really enjoyed playing coop (Wolfpack) with my friends. It's a great way to spend some time. The only problem is trying to figure out the UI to add friends to your group from within the game.

Great game with lots of opportunities. Non-linear and fun to battle it out with the enemy. Tons of upgrades and hidden gems throughout. I had a hard time running around, though...My character would jump in different directions resulting in losing the enemy when doing recon or stalking. I recommend playing this game, but if your attention span is limited, this may not be the game for you.

This game is one the best in the assassins creed series. will recommend to play espically on the ps4

I love this game and no ending fun. Probably one of the best Assassin's Creed games in my opinion.

This Assassins Creed is way better than the 3rd one and the other ones in my opinion. They really expanded upon the naval exploration and did an amazing job with the amount of customizing that you can do to your ship. Naval combat is really fun and thrilling while also being challenging during a storm. I must say the ability of being able to use 4 pistols at once really make matches fair when your outnumbered. The multiplayer is the same as before and is really fun too! If you want a game that is worth your money than this is the game to get.

Overall, it's an amazing game. It definitely improved from Assassin's Creed III storyline-wise. I read the book before I played the game, so I pretty much knew everything that was going to happen and more (Edward's feelings and experiences before, during, and after the game). It didn't make it a horrible game, though. It actually made want to play the game more. Just the general layout of everything was great. Mind you, I wasn't really looking forward to this game other than the fact the I get to play I pirate. I was horrendous at the naval missions from ACIII, but I pushed on because it's such a great series. Definitely worth it. The naval missions are actually fun, and everything just immerses you headfirst into the world of piracy. I didn't like the ending. It was too abrupt. I thought there was more to it, but when I found out it ended at that point, I was so angry! The book went farther than the game, and that frustrated me. It's still great, though. HARPOONING WHALES ARE SO MUCH FUN.

Probably the best AC game yet. Awesome game with excellent graphics. Would definitely recommend.

I've been a big fan of the series and have played all assassins creed games so far. The only one I don't care for is 3, but 4 builds on what 3 had and makes it even better! It's like all the funniest parts of the series into one game! Story is engrossing! Characters are interesting. Sailing a pirate ship is amazing! Who hasn't wanted to be a pirate!? Great game!

I have always liked the Assassins Creed series in concept, but in practice most of the time I get bored playing through them. The change to piracy has been welcomed. The character is likable, the sailing is well done, and I am always eager to find out what will happen next. Great game.

I only played the first AC but this one making me play all of them..graphics look really good

Graphics are really really good ! Having your own ship adds a lot to this franchise !

If you have played the other Assassin's Creed games I don't need to sell you on the whole story. Templar, Assassins, add pirate ships, and Caribbean and you have a recipe for a great game. PS4 makes it look better than ever, and I am quite happy with the purchase.

This is by far my favorite Assassin's Creed game. Pirates put it over the top.
