I am a fan of this series, and I LOVE pirates, so this selection was a no brainer. The open world, the graphics, and the strategic play makes this game great.

I tried several other ac titles and this is the first to keep my interest. Good story and game play is real fun.

i have really enjoyed this game so far. I love sailing the open seas as well as the main missions. I find myself randomly singing the Sea Shantys at work.

Have to say, I was disappointed to finish this game. Great story line, awesome graphics, no complaints here.

the game is fantastic. it is almost like wind waker joined into an assassin's creed game. I really thought fighting and boarding ships would get boring but it has not at all yet. Still exciting when trying to take over a man o war. Have put 30+ hours into it and will probably put 30 more as well. The audio clips in & out every so often but I figure a game that is this large you will have some small bugs here and there. Visually, it is gorgeous. Fantastic game!

Love the look and feel of it. Still not sure it stacks up the Ezio games but a definite improvement to assassins creed 3. Very large open world

Graphics are amazing. The ship battles are a lot of fun. Same as harpooning. There is tons to explore

I love the Assassin Creed series, this one very interesting with the pirate twist to it. The majority of the game takes place on the oceans, which can get a bit monotonous. But, if you are a fan of the series it is for sure worth a try.

Bloated but mostly tolerable. AC before it spiraled horribly down into the depths

Bought just to see how the new PS4 was going to work. Glad I did! Excellent gameplay and storyline. Graphics are second-to-none.

Assassin's Creed IV is a really fun game and well developed! I've never played any of the other games but based on this one, I believe that are just as good and fun! I bought this game just to pass time while I wait for games like Infamous Second Son, Watchdogs, Dying Light, and Evolve! But this ended up being an awesome game with a never ending adventure! Great game that I recommend to anyone!

Run, jump, climb, swing, shoot, fight, melee, side quests, good story. FUN!

Didn't like some of the language. Graphics are great and the story line.

I bought this game for my grandson for his new Playstation 4. As with all the other games in this series, he is thoroughly engrossed in the action, to the point where we are having to limit playing times. I was impressed that he recognized several places we had traveled to, and he has made comments on those, so I guess we could really STRETCH and even call it educational :-)

Ocean looks amazing, variety of gameplay, lots of side missions and collectibles, keeps you playing every day.

While on one hand you have an awesome PIRATE game, on the other hand you do not have a GREAT STORY that AC creed games innately have. You can tell this game was more catered to a wider audience. That isnt so much a problem because it is super fun. Its just not really AC anymore. So dont expect much about assasins or creeds. Expect lots of pirate on seas action though!

Ubisoft has done it again with another great installment of Assassin's Creed. The ship combat has been greatly improved. Graphics are amazing. I'm someone who likes to try to collect everything in a game but usually find myself getting bored after a little while. The secondary missions in this game a fun and kept my interest. Looking forward to the next installment.
