The story, gameplay are great and the characters have their own story that comes together in one bigger story. Best Assassin’s Creed game in a while

The game is very beautiful and brings back a more standard AC combat. I enjoyed the whole game and found myself wanted to complete each group of people to hunt down. The only complaints I have are with the world being not as explorable, having to switch between the characters, and the random loot engravings. For the world, you are having to constantly rely on pathfinder and not being able to cut through the trees and mountains. The loot is always random engravings, making it difficult to find gear you want for your build without luck. There are certain objectives you have to be Naoe or Yasuke and it can be annoying. I would rather be able to pick one and keep them the whole time. Overall would recommend playing. It is enjoyable and has a decent story that keeps you in.

Its a great game in itself. The story is fantastic along with the visuals and gameplay. They need to work on voice acting and bots and trying to bring the story that is happening in the outside world back together in just the games.

Good game. About what you'd expect from the next installment of the series. Liked the new Japanese setting. There are negative reviews because of "historic accuracy" and having an African main character (which is historically accurate as there was an African samurai). I say it's a game from a series that's been around a while. You should know what to expect.

A surprisingly challenging gameplay experience. It’s no Souls game, but the combat changes are welcome and you do feel like your mastery and level matter, as you become more proficient, you feel more like a master assassin and samurai.

One if the best games I ever played. It has the best graphics. I have always been AC big fan and I might beat this game multiple times with different difficulty levels. The fact that it plays with both players, stealth and full throttle is a game changer.

This was a good purchase in my opinion. The game offers a plethora of activities and is fun although at times repetitive. Playing a ninja only outdone by getting to be a samurai!

The game has a fun combat style that switches from brutality to stealth. Its open world and kind of lets you progress at your own speed. Im enjoying it a ton.

I love the game. While it is very challenging at times, the difficulty can be fairly easy by running away and stealth. Some find the game repetitive from previous versions and I sort of agree but there are elements added that are different and the graphics are beautiful being in Japan so it’s a beautiful game and I’m enjoying it and it looks absolutely stunning on the PlayStation five along with my LG OLED C4 TV.

This is one of the best Assassin's creed games since Valhalla and one the best example for the PS5 Pro.

A fun game with historical characters from Japan's history. Not a huge fan of R1 and L1 being the buttons for combat but everything is smooth and beautiful in the environment and combat.

Purchased Assassin’s Creed Shadows from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the game itself is incredible. The visuals are stunning, the story is engaging, and the dual characters (Naoe and Yasuke) make the gameplay feel fresh and exciting. Loving the return to stealth mechanics too. Definitely worth it if you're a fan of the series or just looking for a great open-world experience. Highly recommend!

A great game in the Assassin's Creed franchise. I feel like it is not as big as Valhalla, which keeps me engaged longer. I love the Japanese setting
