sound is awesome! One thing about BEST BUY that really sucks all the time is the lack of Customer Service reps. on the floor. i can never find one around. So 1 STAR for Customer Service.

Got this gaming headset for my son. Worked great for a little bit but then the mic part fell out. Happened after the 15 day return or exchange period but thankfully have a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer so got a replacement through them.

Not how it used to be!

This is my 5th pair in 7 years. They hold up for about two years and when they break it’s usually completely my fault (I have kids.) this last pair came with a VERY loose mic and it fell out first month (not my fault.) This new edition feels way cheaper than older models and almost like they’re skimping for cheaper models but same price. Might look into a slightly more expensive model.

They sound pretty good. the ear muffs are pretty small, and I have some issues with the cord. it leaves much to be desired. A little pop in little I don't know probably about the same thing that any other corded pair of headphones is done for me so. can't complain too much. but all in all for a $30 pair of headphones you can't get much better. That being said if you can afford the 20s cuz I've owned those too I would definitely go with those

Microphone became loose?

The sound quality is great however within the first about 10 minutes my mic started wiggling around and now won't stay in place. I also haven't seen any information on this so I can't figure out how to remedy it.

Great starter headset. Smaller then the gen 1, and a bit more solid. Might not be best for larger heads like the gen 1 was, mic doesn’t extend very far.
