Amazing Headset

Been using the last few months and the only problem I've had is hitting the mute by mistake. Worked right out of the box with my ps5 without any extra add ons

Great headphones, poor customer service

I did not purchase the warranty as the price ($100) was ridiculous. I told my son he would need to add on if he wanted. Makes me wonder if there are known problems and that's why it's so expensive. A warranty isn't even that much for a gaming system. Also, had issue with price adjustment. I was told I'd have to call back on 12/1/20. Not good service as I could use the extra money now an maybe would have used it at Best Buy.
