The touch screen compatibility is convenient, the processor works fast, the size of it is appropriate. The keyboard is easily accessible and easily removable. All in all the product suits my needs perfectly.

I really liked this little machine, best of both worlds it seemed. Great battery life, great display, detachable keyboard. The reason I knocked off two stars was because I bought this for use as a tablet...that is how its listed after all. The main issue is that the windows store has terrible offerings. I could not find a native app for spotify, amazon music, pinterest, instagram or even youtube. Android has all of these apps, from the content provider. Im not saying that all third party apps are terrible, but a majority are. I ended up returning this and buying a samsung galaxy 9.7" tablet running android. All the apps I wanted were available and worked perfectly. I was even able to sync my Samsung Galaxy Note with the Tablet. Great feature. If you do use a windows machine now and arent that concerned with apps, this is a great tablet. If you want something that functions more like your phone, just with more screen real estate, then go with a regular android tablet.

Seems to work well. Just use for travel. Light weight, like having a keyboard, like windows based programs.

If your looking for a full Windows tablet for basic use this is a great product for the price. It's light responsive and switched between desktop mode and tablet mode with ease. I purchased it to stream my Xbox One to the tablet when the Wife is using the TV and it works without hiccup. The few complaints worth mentioning is that the charger included is TERRIBLE, it charges the device very slow and doesn't give it enough juice to use the tablet and charge at the same time. I purchased a powered charger online and it works fine. The other complaint I have is the keyboard feels like cheap plastic. As long as your not typing thesis on it you shouldn't be bothered too much but compared to some other keyboard accessories it doesn't feel as good. Last thing worth mentioning is that the full size USB port is located on the keyboard and not the tablet itself, not a big deal but worth noting. Overall a great replacement for your tablet, not quite a replacement for your laptop but it handles windows and basic pc usage with ease.

i got caught in a model cycle where the 1st one I received was not able to upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. Returned it and bought a second one 1 week later when ad said they now are delivered installed with Win 10. Within several days a problem trip to Geek Squad desk diagnosed as a major charging issue. An instant, on the spot, replacement was provided by Best Buy which has been performing great. Office 2013 Pro installed. I am impressed with the snappy performance, smooth feeling, and reliability (so far). Now that I have found it is better than a toy I will be upgrading the 32 GB drive soon to something like a 64 or 128 GB SSD. Recommendation: Never buy a laptop or tablet without adding on the geek squad "Protect Support Plus" for a min 12 months.

The tablet is very user friendly. It is compact enough to carry around, which is required in my line of business. The keyboard makes it very convenient.

It works for what I needed it for. Something smaller than a laptop but still has a keyboard. I use it to take notes in class

Very nice 2 in one. Came with Windows 8.1 with the free upgrade to Windows 10. Runs good. I have had a problem with it not wanting to turn on a couple of times but holding down the power button and the Windows button for 15 to 20 seconds seemed to work. No other problems. Worth the $200 I paid

Not very reliable. Freezes up on a regular basis. Is a very slow processor. Needs to be rebooted frequently. Like the size and weight for portability.

Santa got this for my 8 year old for Christmas. She has enjoyed it a lot. The only issue we had was that windows 10 decided to do an update without asking and the battery was almost dead and we were not able to plug it up right away and it completely killed the computer. Luckily it was so new that best buy just gave her a new one even with the warranty that we had bought. Since then no issues.

bought 2 tablets for my daughters. One of the tablets is already freezing up but the other seems to be working fine. The tablet is ok for simple things like small games or checking emails.

This tablet for its price should have been better. However this tablet freezes up often and does not work when plugged in. Which means you can only use this product to its full abilities when it is running off of battery which makes it difficult for college students to use. I wish I did not purchase this tablet and after a few years I will be purchasing a different one to use for school and use this one solely when it wouldn't matter if the battery died or key board stopped working. Also I am very disappointed in the staff at my local Best Buy. For being so rude and not helpful during my experience.

Nice tablet but returned it because no matter what the battery would keep running down when I closed it up, seemed to continually drain. Also, the limited tilt back angle of the dislay so that it wouldn't fall over was too upright for comfortable desktop use. I returned it and got another model that worked great, also an Asus. I am not the only one who had this issue when I researched it. Design flaw I think.

I had to tear the thing apart Christmas morning before my daughter woke up to disconnect the battery and hard reboot it which sucked. It works good now, just really disappointed that I spent 200+ dollars on something I had to disassemble the very first day it was used.
