The size and price is good, but as for as performance it’s shuts down and freezes a lot

This is my first Chromebook and so far so good. It's easy to set up and use. It's lightweight and easy to carry with you.

I really enjoyed this purchase. The only thing I absolutely hate about it is that you can copy or paste with a right click. You have to go up to the search bar and then look for the words “copy” and “paste” to do so. It’s annoying and a hassle when you’re trying to get things done. Other than that, great chrome book.

The ASUS 14" Chromebook N3350 is a beauty to look at. The wide screen and super narrow bezels on the side and top take full advantage to give the user a truly satisfying experience. The audio is mediocre at best, but of course, that's not why you buy a Chromebook. The price was right and I found it to be more than enough for what I need it for.

This was a purchase for my son to do his schooling at home due to the pandemic. Before he’d used my iPad and that was becoming very difficult for him to navigate the screens back and forth. Having had this chromebook for several months now, I can say that it’s been a good purchase for school. It’s not good for games, it’s very laggy and slow for Minecraft or Roblox. The space bar has a problem with sticking. Other than that, great for the cost.

The device is nice although at first I was disappointed I was trying to submit documents and kept receiving "not valid" but after working with it I discovered that chromebook do not support Microsoft Word so I had to convert Google doc to word and was able to submit my documents successfully. So now everything is wonderful.

Don’t buy this laptop if you plan on having a lot of things stored on it, or if you plan on doing any editing or gaming. This laptop is excellent at being a very simple computer, mainly just for browsing the internet, going on Facebook, checking emails, stuff like that. It was very easy to use. I bought it for my tech inept brother-in-law and he only needed help with initial set-up. Easy use otherwise.

My PC died on me the day before I needed to make a presentation and needed something really quick. After doing a minimal amount of research (and in a panic), I just purchased this because it was inexpensive and I could pick it up from the nearest BestBuy. After about a month, I can say that I am pleasantly surprised and pleased. I've never thought about purchasing a Chromebook before and, though I have replaced my primary PC, I am using the Chromebook almost as much as I am the PC. The startup is extremely fast, the web surfing is a much better experience on this device than on my PC. The only complaint I have is the webcam. I definitely do not recommend this if you do a lot of Zoom meetings. Other than that, this device is awesome.
