Very easy to set up and use. Was able to transfer all info from my older Chromebook onto the new one. We bought this because my husband is teaching remotely from home and he needed the second screen. The only con that I have, is that the bottom gets hot.

Money well spent. Current laptop is almost 5 lbs. I bought this as a backup and found myself using it a lot more than my daily laptop due to its portability and long battery life. Does what I need it to do and much more. I was hesitant on buying but I'm glad I did.

This is all the average student needs. Decent matte 1080p IPS display, decent battery, nice build, adequate keyboard, so-so touchpad, adequate speed, abysmal speakers though. Loving the internal audio, however. I daily a Fiio M6/FH3 combo, so that makes up for the speakers. Surprisingly good headphone jack audio quality and it can even run my HD 58X to acceptable volume levels. This is maybe my 4th or 5th Chromebook. I would take this over the old I had Duet any day. Unless you need stylus support, this should do the trick. Plus the sale price? Oof, sold! Pick up a Samsung tablet during their nutty trade-in deals and you have a great pair of devices for the price of a Windows i3/i5 laptop that may have a lowly 720p display.

Good value. Easy setup. Decent size. Does the trick for a modest outlay of cash. Used primarily for simple online tasks, i.e. email, social media, etc. by a senior aged individual.

Bought this ASUS 14" Chromebook with an Intel Celeron N3350 processor, 4 GB RAM, and a 32 GB eMMC flash-type drive for $55 (!) open box excellent. Arrived as scheduled with free shipping from Best Buy. Appeared brand new when I opened what appeared to be the original packaging. Build quality certainly acceptable for the price I paid. Battery was fully charged, and the laptop booted up quickly with no problem. Updates were automatic. The AUE is excellent. Setup was easy and the laptop connected to my home network and wireless printer with ease. Essentially all I do with a computer is read email, surf the web, very light word processing (letters), and attend Zoom meetings. For these purposes this Chromebook's screen, processor, RAM, included apps, and flash-drive type eMMC drive are more than adequate. And the price I paid for this Chromebook at Best Buy, $55, cannot be beat! Highly recommended, especially if you can get it on sale!

I've had this for quite a long time now. The kids use it constantly to play games on. We haven't had any problems with it shutting off or crashing or anything like that.

As far as this being fast & efficient, it is. It works. But you have to hold down the mousepad hard to move about the screen and unless you have the shortcuts memorized, copying and pasting is a nearly impossible. Also, due to my work, I have multiple gmail accounts and this laptop insists on linking them all up which is not okay. I have to keep deleting files and addresses from accounts. It's also heavier than it looks. So...it gets the job done but it's not my fave.

Long battery life, lightweight and great price point. A little lag time for opening apps/use, but to be expected in this price range.

My daughter loves this chromebook and uses it every weekend, she totally loves the size and weight of it, ease of use and plays her video games on it all the time

This is a basic chromebook. I have had several asus products similar to this. all have worked well. This is not for high resolution video streaming. Great for basic email and internet surfing. easy to use relatively good battery life. If you catch a good sale well worth the money

Hard getting used to chrome is after using windows for so long, great price, nice easy to transport unit. Runs great on hot spot. Happy with purchase so far.

fast and quick lightweight computer. Doesn't need to have a lot of memory cause it's just used for internet and it is quick and easy to use.

Bought this for my mom for christmas and she loves it. Shes had it for 3 years and still works like new. She especially loves the geek squad services
