The only complaint that I have is that it did not have a touch screen and could not play Second Galaxy on it. Other than that, it’s a fantastic machine to do internet work with. It has good connectivity, and it has a decent enough screen on it. The lack of a 4K screen is a bit of a draw back but it is sufficient for what it is being used for. Expansion is easy, it has enough ports on it for that, and if you are looking for something to simply do word processing on, or limited graphics work on, it will serve your purposes. To me it comes off as a glorified windows phone, which makes its ease of use out of the box very simple. The keyboard is responsive as is the touch pad. A mouse would compliment this if you were to go wireless. I recommend it for easy use.

Not a bad Chromebook. I ended up returning for a slightly more powerful unit with a ryzen 3 but can't knock this for what it is.

loves it! good bang for the buck .. it's a 'starter' laptop works well. light and again he was so happy!

I enjoy that the chromebook is lightweight and easy to use. The speed to load programs is more than adequate to accomplish all the tasks I need it for as a supplement and everyday tasks.

I came in tax free weekend and got this new laptop. the speed it great , battery life is awesome; I love it and I thank all the Best Buy workers in Grenville that helped me that day .

the start up is tiny bit slow but what do you want for the price it runs great you can't beat it i couldn't believe how great it was i ordered another

Laptop works great. I’m a college student so chrome book hasn’t been the best choice for me due to the fact chrome book doesn’t have certain access to the applications I need. Also there aren’t any f2 f10 buttons. It’s sleek and light weight. Good for personal use not so much for school in my opinion! Also I bought this PC oven box from Best Buy and the PC looks and runs as if it’s brand new!

This Chromebook is perfect for my husband, who just wanted something to watch YouTube and pay his bills online. Battery life is great, lightweight but sturdy.

Very nice computer for my son who is in 6th grade. The screen could be a little bit more clear but over all it is a great computer

This ASUS Chromebook is an excellent value at the sale price of $119. I bought this Chromebook for $129, and am very happy with the purchase. Beware though that this Chromebook will only get automatic updates until June 2024. If you are a heavy daily user of this Chromebook, then you will still be getting your moneys worth with only two years of updates remaining. Otherwise look for one with updates extending into 2027 or greater.

Concise design and lightweight for on the go computing, at a price point I absolutely couldn’t resist. The physical features are baseline for less expensive Chromebooks, but the compact design leaves a comfy keyboard which is super important for emailing and remote work sessions even while mobile. Downside is the processor speed and speakers however you get what you pay for and I’m totally aware of looking at the functionality vs the flaws of this book makes the price even more rewarding.

Nice chrome book for a child in middle school. If there are a bunch of tabs open it slows significantly but for Google classroom and writing papers it gets the job done.

This chromebook is great for my kids, I purchased 2 of them because my kids do a lot of school work on them.

Easy and simple to use chromebook. I really only needed to write essays and surf the interwebs. It’s light weight and also has charging ports both sides of the laptop, so that’s a plus!

Still getting used to this chromebook. I like how light it is and how quick it starts up. The screen size is acceptable.

Great Chromebook. Bought for an 80 year old and the interface is not easy for her to use. So we are using by someone younger.
