You get what you paid for. it's functional for everyday use which is why I got it.

Worked okay for about 6 months and then slowed down.

I bought this for my mother and she loves it. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and she likes how it looks. If you’re looking for something basic and not too difficult to function, this is a solid option.

love the size and a lot of the features, had this laptop for a short time,still learning it. Had connectivity problems after a week, I called the Geek squad, they tried to help over the phone,but couldn't. An appointment was set up for me with the in store team.They could not find any problems. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely nice,and helpful.

I love the pink color, it's awesome! Easy to use and couldn't beat the price when it was bought. I am use to a bigger screen but this one is just perfect for me. ( 14.0") No complaints at all. Would buy another Asus computer again.

Needed a new laptop for online schooling and couldn't afford something no more than $600. But this is decent for the price! Does everything I need, but the camera is....alright for when I need it which is once or twice.

This laptop is lightweight, compatible for school and business or work. Flexible, picture quality is good, easy to manage. I would recommend it to all users. It will try the stress out of your day whether for fun or creativity.

Good laptop for kids, enough for them to do homework, but definitely not for playing games. Light weight, easy to carry. Quality is probably not as good as say Lenovo or Thinkpad but given the price I'd say it's worth it.

Very nice laptop for the price, good value. It operates well no glitches yet. I wouldn’t try to render a big 4K video and expect it to fly, but perfect for home school purposes, text editing and light photo/video work.

This is a nice little laptop. I had a few issues with the settings in the beginning, because I chose to download Chrome, but aside from that, I haven't really had any issues with it so far. I mainly use it for social media marketing and I think that it will be fine for that use.

I'm glad I chose this after much debate. It's the right size and was a good price. I love the number pad being part of the mouse touch pad. Sound isn't great, better when connected to a Bluetooth speaker.

I purchased this laptop for my wife. It was opened but the price, functionality, and size was right. There were no cosmetic flaws that I could find. The hardware and software worked as expected. This laptop was perfect for my wife who surfs the web, watches youtube videos, and does lite office work. The battery lasts all day for what she uses it for. The only part I didn't like was the mousepad doubles as a num pad which was weird but she doesn't use the numpad feature.

Great laptop that gets the job done. Bought it on sale and it has been a great addition to my collection of electronics. Very light and easy to use. Love ASUS because of their great customer support also.

Very impressed by this laptop. Terrific screen, excellent build quality, good selection of ports (on both sides) = a winner, especially at this price point. IMHO, much better option than the comparable HP

Light weight easy to carry. The screen lays almost horizontal which is nice. The only bad thin is if you have to load programs that are note on their list you have to take it out of their safety mode.
