If the laptop will no longer boot up or it's just black screen, please do the following.
Verify if the AC adapter is connected properly from the laptop to a known good power outlet or AC source. Try another power source. Try to press and hold down the power button to shut it down completely, just in case laptop is not in hibernate mode, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.

No memory

It has no memory. 64gb but it comes with over 40 gb filled. I need a basic computer. Microsoft Office, 1 non-Microsoft program of 84 mb, and itunes. It couldn’t handle it. And it got so full, it couldn’t do anything including uninstalling the software to make space. I ended up doing a factory reset and buying external memory. Then I had to spend over an hour researching how to change the settings so nothing went on the c drive. Messed that up and it got filled up and I had to restart. I have no idea what one would do with this computer other than basic web browsing that most everyone does on their phone.

My little notebook

I'm not a surfer or a gamer. It does exactly what I need it for. Pay some bills, order a few things here and there, write letters on WORD, keep a few spreadsheets in EXCEL, saves my pictures and my music. So it really does alot for me. All that I need it to.

I just use it to surf the web and is the Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, etc.). I would recommend having an external hard drive since Thee isn’t a lot of space. The number keypad is cool but remembering to turn it on and of can be annoying. Overall, I like it. It’s a good holdover until I can afford a MacBook Pro!

Runs Minecraft, terraria and roblox. Way better than a chrome book. I recommend this purchase over a tablet Because of the keyboard and OS.

I have been able to watch movies on it, video call and other general items with no issues. I am having issues with a recent update and the computer didn't work well with the latest windows 11 update.
