I have actually purchased two of these laptops a few months. One for my daughter who needed something small and light to replace an old clunky HP. She uses it daily for work and does some casual gaming. She has told me multiple times that she loves it. So, I also bought one for my husband. For the money, it's a good value. Very small and lightweight but with an all metal case, it feels very solid. The display is sharp and there's not a lot of pre-installed bloatware. I would recommend if you are looking for a general purpose, easily transported laptop for work or fun.

Battery life is a disappointment. Keys are lit but silver color is more difficult to see.

I bought this laptop for the sole purpose of using it for school. It is is super fast and dependable. Takes about 10 seconds or less to turn on and get to work.

Easy to use and setup. Great for beginners to get use to. The touchscreen is really good and the tablet configuration is amazing for using on the go.

Like the AMD Processor. My last one was a Ryzen 3 & this one is noticeably faster.

I only use it for small things. I mostly do internet surfing and tracking bills. Works great for that. Love the light up keys and that it is light weight.

This is the best purchase I have ever made such ease of use and it has a touch screen and folds in half I would recommend it to anyone has good programs also

One month after buying the computer, it suddenly went black. We took it back to Best Buy, a 50 mile trip each way. Their Geek Squad would not even talk to us or let us drop the computer off for later repair "because we did not have an appointment". Finally, a sales clerk tried a power supply from a display unit and it worked, identifying the power supply as the problem. Best Buy would do nothing for us so we took the computer home and called ASUS. They informed us that they had a contract with Best Buy to replace ASUS when it is still under manufacturer warranty. After two calls to Best Buy, they deny any such agreement. Finally another call to ASUS and they said to mail the power supply to them and if they found it defective, they would send a new one. Meantime, we have no computer. I will not buy another ASUS and will not visit Best Buy ever again. Service was not poor, it was non-existent.

I purchased this computer for online college. I am very pleased with it. I love the size and I love how fast it is. So glad I purchased this computer.

Solid laptop. Bought it for work usage and definitely gets the job done. Runs fast and have had any issues whatsoever!

Perfect for what I was looking for a smaller lap top, Geek squad came out to set up, no issues. Price was decent.

Good to use but not as good as intel ones . Light weight but not too fast

Small device. Nice Compact easy to use. Easy to carry you wherever you go. Just as powerful as some desktops, or full size laptops.

Absolutely love my new laptop. The old one crashed and I needed something that weighed less. This fit the bill.
