I love this computer. Fast, lightweight , and easy to navigate

Speed and memory are exactly what I was looking for.

This is a nice budget laptop with enough power to do basic computer tasks and handles video calls and chats very well. No issues with Zoom, or Facebook video chats. Doesn't feel laggy browsing web multiple web pages, or navigating through a few open programs. A great daily driver for you basic computing needs.

Works for what we got it for. Starting to have a few glitches and the only thing we downloaded was the circuit. So idk what it is. Might try a reboot to see if that helps. Other than that wife is pretty pleased with it.

A great price for a refurbished ASUS. System came with all original software to include antivirus protection. There were no problems getting up and running on it. We are very happy with the purchase and the savings.

It's is a very nice laptop, the only down side is that it ca n not handle to strong of programs for my architect classes. It was kinda laggy and slow. But besides, that it is good for everyday use.

I was looking for a 2 in 1 laptop this one seems to be a good choice. I decided that it was too light to hold up to my needs; I am taking classes, volunteering withn my church, and I prepare my PPT for my classes.

This laptop was very small to me (I'm use to big and heavy laptops), but it was fun to work with. The display was amazing. The draw back is that the speakers are on the bottom so the sound gets muffled.

I like that the sleek design. It can be turned into a tablet. I love the lighted keyboard as I am mostly using it at night time. This is a great starter laptop for me. The camera appears to be nice as well. I will use it for a video call tomorrow. So far, so good! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Bought it for our daughter for school because of our current situation we’re all living in . I have a 2700x in my gaming rig and it’s amazing so I was for sure getting her a laptop with an AMD cpu in it Because if you’re buying Intel in late 2020 you’re simply doing it wrong ;)

I'm honestly disappointed in this laptop. It's slower than a brand-new nearly $800 laptop should be, it glitches often (screen blinks black, green and black checkered squares appear on screen, etc.), and it's already falling apart - one of the little rubber rectangles at the front corner came out. I'm thinking about returning the laptop; pretty sure I have to wait for the pandemic to be over, though. Also, when the laptop arrived there were all of these "Proposition 65" and "harmful chemical" and "cancer" warnings everywhere, but nothing explained what was the actual harmful element. Materials included with the laptop warn of these chemicals and advise users to wash their hands after use. Does that mean the chemicals are on the keyboard or some other external element?? It's very concerning, and Asus support was completely useless in addressing these concerns. I talked to 3 different representatives and none of them knew what it referred to, and "guessed" it "probably refers to something internal". It's was extremely frustration and concerning. "Probably" isn't good enough; if you're going to smack on a bunch of warnings, at least know what they're referring to. If you're okay with your laptop being slow, glitchy, faulty, and possibly harmful to your health - then heck yeah, this is the laptop for you!

Does the job. The only issue is the audio. Purchased this to work from home and found that you need earbuds to hear and be heard on zoom meetings. If that’s not true, can’t figure it out.

I love my laptop. I use it as a as a laptop or a tablet. It is super quick and has good storage the keyboard lights up. I got that geek thing with it and I just bring it in and they just clean my laptop up periodically and it’s super fast.

The laptop seemed like a great laptop for the price, but I was not thrilled with the way the characters showed on the keyboard. They were hard to read if you were not looking at them from the perfect angle, regardless of the back lighting being on or off. Additionally, when i used the camera for meetings, everything had a purple tint. I tried downloading newer drivers for the video camera, but was told I had the latest ones. I was very disappointed because I liked everything else about the laptop. I will be returning this laptop.

Great Computer. The only issue I have is that the keyboard does not have enough contrast in colors between the keyboard letters and buttons. In a bright room I get a little glare from the lights and it makes it hard to see the characters on the buttons.
