Laptop is lightweight small and the perfect size to carry in backpacks if needed. Boots up fast and great for college students

I love the size, it's touch screen, and how light the keyboard is. It's easy to use. The screen turns over so it could be used like an ipad. It's slim, a plus, I could fit it in a lot of places.

This is a wonderful laptop. I love it. Even my Son is impressed with it. The touchscreen is a good thing for me to have.

needed to supplement the school issued remote learning computer. This item was just the ticket. Fast, excellent condition and providing one less reason not to get the homework done

I really enjoyed this laptop for the first couple months I had it, then we started having microphone issues. I have an older ASUS laptop that has microphone issues too, so I'm not too sure what I was expecting when buying the same brand. Otherwise, the laptop works great! Wonderful camera quality (we do a lot of zoom and Skype meetings) it's very sturdy, not flimsy at all. The switch to tablet mode is a little finicky from time to time, but processor is very quick

This was a small lightweight system, purchased for my teenage son for doing homework. It started out with a lot of promise. Great performance at a decent value. However, it started making fan noises just a few months after we bought it and the fan cannot be replaced. Not that it isn't listed online, but it doesn't appear that anyone is manufacturing it anymore. Not even available from Asus. I did find what appeared to be the correct one from a third party reseller (the photo and serial number were exactly correct), but after we ordered it and waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive, it was the wrong one. Not even close to the correct size and shape. So now my son has to listen to the fan scream all day while he is doing his schoolwork ( and let me say, it is a scream that can be heard outside of our house when he is using it).

Light, small, excellent display for the price point. The aluminum chassis is very attractive and sturdy, there is no flex on the hinges and keyboard provide good tactile feedback. I bought this for my teenage son whom is a serious gammer at one point and had a true big gaming laptop. He since reduces his game time for study and likes this laptop because it is light, long battery life and still allow him to play most current games with medium graphic settings. After all, this is a good choice for a nitpicking savvy laptop user like my son.

Decided to get something that was mid range and not low end. I’m pleased with the screen and the processor. It does everything that I need to do and it isn’t overkill. Touchscreen works for me, but it is too unwieldy for me as a tablet. My only frustration is the speakers. Not much sound coming out of them. So, you’ll need headphones or speakers. The full HD screen is gorgeous. 1080P should be standard at this point. Screen looks better than my older TV.

This computer is great; Its fast, easy to use and even looks good! My previous computer was on its last legs and JT from the Geek Squad recommended this one to purchase, and he was right on!

We needed a fast laptop and this runs perfectly! We also had to find a laptop that did not have a loud fan, we literally just refunded two other ones (from Costco) and finally got this one!

So far, this is a great little laptop. I liked this laptop so much, I purchased a 2nd to replace an older laptop with a bulging battery. I would have given it 5 stars,

The touch screen is a must for hands on learners. Highly recommend getting a pen to go with it. Great for jotting down notes or doodling! Fast, clean, and an overall great purchase.

Brought this to work from home initially when COVID kicked off. First laptop was a lemon. The internal microphone did not work and the speakers where barely audible. This did not bode well for zoom meetings. Best Buy swapped it out no problem. I’m happy to report that the microphone works well and the speakers are much better. Picture quality is good and the build of the machine is sturdy. For the sale price of $600 I am pleased so far.

I bought this laptop so that i can keep my personal files separate from everything on my work computer. I like the 14" size, but should have thought more if I'd miss having a numeric keypad - a feature I use when working on spreadsheets. However, for most day-to-day surfing, bills, etc. it's just fine. The back lit keyboard is nice, would be easier to see had I chosen a black model instead of the silver one. No complaints overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a good computer this far. I purchased it for my son for collage. There’s been no complaints so far. He said he likes it and it’s fast for what he use it for.

So far this laptop has been great! Bought last august and so far so good. It’s super clear love the resolution. Only issue really is that it dies quickly if you have the brightness more than half up. If your near a plug always shouldn’t be a problem but if your always on the go and forget the chargers or take just the laptop on the go always then wouldn’t recommend. It really dose eat the battery up when the brightness is up .

I've only had this computer a couple of weeks, but it seems to be a good one. No issues so far and works pretty fast.

Very detailed resolution and colors. The body and material and solid plus the price is very affordable. I would recommend this for looking at a day to day working laptop
