Bought for son, right out of box had couple issues -keyboard not working properly- but geek squad fixed them. Other then that it’s been all good. Son uses it for school and some gaming. We’ll see how long it lasts, before any more issues happen.

I wanted to love this laptop. However the fan noise is unbearable. I work IT, so I am no stranger to loud fan noises so normally I'm good at tuning it out but this one is just so high pitch and whiny its equivalent to nails on a chalkboard. Also, the fan noise is relentless. Playing a game, downloading, casual browsing, it's all the same. My current laptop at least only got loud when I was playing games or doing other graphic intensive hobbies, but this one is to shrill and constant. Not sure if i got a defective laptop or this is just the norm. Regardless, I either don't trust this model or just don't like it. Will be returning this for sure.

This laptop runs great! It’s fast, the 4k screen is awesome.

What was supposed to be a terrific 2 in 1....turned into taking it back to Best Buy. Crashed 2-3 times per day. Even with a cooling fan seemed to overheat. Nice keyboard...2 in 1 great idea...sharing Operating system and hard drive..who knows what caused the crashes. Mousepad screen novelty...but maybe this also caused the crashes... Returned and purchased the Laptop Asus 2 in 1 with the 256 SSD and 2T hard drive...so far no crashes.

The visual and the smoothness of how the laptop runs is just perfect, the size is not a bother since I use it only at home but if I were to take it out it's not too bulky, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the speakers are not that great

I got this laptop as an open-box product and bought the protection plan. I saved $800 on a high-end machine that met all my needs/wants. Plus, I’m fully covered for the next 3 years against accidental damage and/or malfunction. I usually buy online, but I took a chance in-store, and I’m glad I did.

I don’t use for gaming, just a replacement laptop. Fast, quiet even though has two fans. Screen clarity very good. Have not used many of the features yet. Had Geek Squad set up and transfer data.

I really like my laptop. It has plenty of screen real estate, 4k Resokution, adequate graphics card, and touch screen. My only complaint is that the touch pad is too long. I often right click when I meant to left click.

This laptop is great for multitasking and taking it with me on the go. The only thing is there's a little bit of a learning curve, largely because of it's screenpad. (Instead of a regular touchpad, it acts as a second screen. This option can be turned off easily.) There's no mouse button for right clicking, so you need to tap with two fingers. There's also several other little shortcuts you'll need to learn. If you pick up on things quickly, you might love it. But since the screenpad is such a big feature on this laptop, if you don't care to relearn how to do basic tasks and pick up some new skills it might not be right for you.

I’ve been watching the Q series for a couple of years now, bought older model 2 years ago. Came time to purchase another computer and I saw the newest version had the screen pad. Thought ok, kinda cool, just assumed it was just used to quick launch apps and stuff like that. I didn’t know or even thought that it’s actually a “second monitor”, kinda small but definitely useful. Only request about the computer would be to have the ability for the screen pad to tilt a few degrees towards you...

I love the laptop but with all the new features they should have included a booklet or instructions on all the new upgrades other than that definitely worth the purchase.

Great laptop. Nice 4K screen. Boots up and loads programs really fast. Only issue is the graphics card isn’t primary and it took some time to make it play games in 4K but worth every penny spent

I just got this computer and I must say, this is the easiest computer to set up than I've ever had. I haven't had time to really "play" with it but one noticeable thing is that it is very powerful. I am sure it will suit my needs.

It’s really fast to startup and load games. The fans can be noisy if the cpu is worked hard and still gets hot. Everything’s been working fine though.

Had it for two years now. Still love it. Still fast. Lightweight. Power button is a little too easy to accidentally press.

Purchased upgrade laptop for video streaming projects. Had all major specs with great performance and quality that I was looking for at a nice price.

This thing is just awesome. Super fast, and such a neat touchpad. Zero problems and works like a dream. 4K monitor is a supreme plus.

I bought this for my son to take to college. Very fast computer awesome screen color and a ton of memory.

This SSD Computer helps me work faster than could imagine. The startup is so quick, I'm up and running immediately saving me time.

The speed is excellent, the computer is light weight, and the ease of use is outstanding.
