Decent simple entry level device...good for basic internet

I purchased this as a personal pc that I do not have to share with the kids or hubby. Good for personal use. Very light, but it does run a little on the slow side.

Went to the store looking to replace a laptop that was pretty old. Didn't want to spend much as it was only for basic use. After reviewing the units available on line, went to the store and got an even better deal.

This is the perfect laptop for the money conscious person. It works fantastic, and will get the job done, and then some.

This is a budget laptop. The quality is as anticipated for the price. If you just use a laptop for browsing the internet or simple word processing functions this is a good choice if you do not want to spend much.

This is my first laptop. I'm a beginner with computers this product comes and has everything I need. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars it runs slow compared to my IPhone, but I can deal with that

My wife got this laptop for her home business. It will run everything she needs and does not require a a gaming laptop. Works great, great price!

The laptop works great but after one month the windows 10 start button and bottom tray froze and would not do anything. I had to have my tech do a workaround so I could use all the functions

Good laptop and great price. Only issue is in some places it says RAM can upgrade from 4gb to 8gb. It comes with 4 and cannot be upgraded. .

This computer is good if all you plan on doing is surfing the web and not really expecting any performance out of it. Build quality isn't too hot. Slow and laggy. Ended up returning it, just wasn't for me.

It's really easy to use, my dad likes it. He didn't want to much on it, perfect introduction laptop for someone who just wants the basics

I exchanged a Dell for this Asus and am very glad I did. The Asus keyboard is easier to use, the disc drive is more sturdy and, most importantly, the Asus customer service far exceeds Dell's, which was a chore (sent replacement hard drive and told me to install it myself after going thru a grueling verification process on each call and after each of the usual 4-5 transfers).

I got this as a replacement as my last one could not be fixed. I'm not too impressed with this, I've found it to be too slow and the keyboards seem stiff at times so makes fast typing frustrating. This is however very good for the kids especially if you do not want them using your more expensive laptop. So overall, I think this is ok as a first computer for beginners or kids use but I would not recommend if you need it for more frequent usage.

Bought this mostly to check email and surf the internet around the house. so far pretty good, the price is really good and i haven't found anything i don't like about it.

had to get Fixed after 17 days doing fine. Saw it on line for 22900 for special of day fiquired yall wouldnt do a price match in less than 30 days since you wouldnt. Return after 17 days?
