Easy to learn Windows 10. It is user friendly and really like "Cortana".

Very good performance. I like the size of the display and the keyboard is complete. It's a little bit heavy but that's related to the size of the computer.

More power for my work software, It makes it so much faster to run the programs I use for Work. Hands down the best laptop deal ever!!

I'm a photographer and love this computer it is fast efficient, and uploads from Lightroom and Photoshop. I've been through 5 laptops and this by far has to be the best.

called geek squad. was told it was a "glitch". hold down power button for 30 seconds & then release. unacceptable. you then have to restart the laptop including signing back in every time. very unproductive.

I've had this laptop for a little close to three weeks now, and I would say this is a great investment -- when it goes on sale, of course. I've tested its base speed of 2.5 GHz by running several applications and everything runs smoothly without a hitch. The IceCool technology that the laptop comes with is beyond words, it's never gotten hot yet and I usually run it for more than 2 1/2 hours. The sound could be better though, I give it a 7/10 rating, not that big of a deal. It's decent to tell you the truth. One thing that concerns me is the graphics card. Integrated Intel graphics cards are known to fall short for more complicated games (specifically 3D) and I have yet to test that feature out. I've tried it on simple 2D flash games and the performance is outstanding. The boot speed is excellent, less than 30 seconds tops. Windows 10 is very easy to navigate through, it's also helpful in troubleshooting small problems and boosting your computer's performance through the task manager. Overall, very user-friendly and 'Cortana' is a big bonus to Windows 10, they compliment each other nicely. This laptop delivers exactly what the specs offer and again this is a great buy for anyone looking to invest in something worthwhile.

I am using the laptop for 20 days now and i like it very much. Having a problem with facebook videos (screen freeze everytime, but i think it's a Windows problem) The screen is good and it's fast. Battery lasts about four hours. Keyboard is good and soft. Keypad is large and good to use (smart keypad is really good) NEVER GETS HOT even when i used it for 14 hours straight (great thing)!! the only "big" problem is that my laptop came with a single problem: the right speaker doesn't work well and make wheezing noises, so i have to use it close to 75% or it really annoys me. My old Asus has two very great speakers, so it can be a problem with my machine particularly. I could not return it because i dont live in USA and Asus does not support my country, such a shame (Brazil). The charger feels fragile but looks better than the old ones and feels lighter. Takes normally 20 seconds to boot and opens programs immediately. There is no light to indicate if caps lock and num lock are active, but i don't mind it much. The design is very beautiful and not heavy at all. Did not tried any game yet, but i really think it keeps up with it. Asus always put lots of programs pre installed, but i see some use in them. There is a "eye protect" that gives a greenish bright in screen that really helps people that use the laptop for reading and studying (like me). It goes off when deactivated and when you play a video (wich can be a problem if you scroll the page down while watching it - the screen aternates too fast and freeze - remember facebook up there?) Well, i am happy with this laptop and reccomend for friends and everyone!!

After charging the battery, I start setting the machine and after starting setting the Windows OS, the machine freeze I tried to download the e-manual from the web page and this model is not on it. I spent 650 dollars and I still can't turn on the pc.
