||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer because I needed a Windows 7 Pro machine for my business (after Microsoft jambed Windows 10 onto my other computer). When I received it I was unimpressed with the cheapness of the case, and keyboard. It felt very cheap and flimsey. I do not currently travel with my computer, it sits in my office so I felt I could live with that. The keyboard is clunky and the indicator lights are hidden down over the edge of the computer. It was working for me, for 7 weeks, until it just stopped. I turned it off and left it while I was away on travel and when I got home and turned it on two weeks later only the fan would run, no "picture" I tried an external monitor, etc. and nothing would work. I brought it back to Best Buy and they attempted to repair it, it spent two days in their shop, before they gave up on it and sent it to Asus. Asus has had it for almost 3 weeks now and Best Buy can not get a status update on it. All I get is it could be 30 days or more. I bought a computer because I needed a computer. I get it, it takes time to diagnose and fix a computer but hey, this is a new computer, it is with the manufacturor. If the manufactoror cared at all about their reputation they would turn this thing around or replace it. I would never buy another Asus product and I would not recommend anyone else consider them!

Great laptop for the price.

It was very easy to set up, was able to load MS Office suite and she has not had any issues with it. My only concern was that I had to pick up at UPS store, and initially they could not find the package. Other than that, I have had no issues with this laptop.

Does not start with every Windows 10 update

Instructions manual difficult to find online, and says nothing about this. Searching online, I found that the same problem happened to others customers. I'll never buy an ASUS laptop again
