My original ASUS died and I replaced it with another brand economy model. It was like throwing money into the drain. I got what I paid for. That economy model is lying in the corner now. My new ASUS lives up to my very high expectations. I hated to part with my original ASUS, until I bought this model. I hope this one lasts another decade!

Thanks to a recommendation of the GeekSquad last year, I selected an Asus brand laptop when my HP crapped out on me. Loved this new computer...I feel so fancy lol! Only downside is the power button is on the side of the laptop, so I've been constantly dinging it and powering off my laptop in the middle of tasks. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

I love this laptop. It was easy to get set up and started. It’s sleek and light and very quick. I use it to work from home and it’s very reliable. The only thing I would change is the indented area that you use to open the laptop. It’s a little narrow so can be a pain to get open.

I bought two of these, one for my wife, one for my daughter. Each of them is pleased. The laptop feels very solid, I like how solid the hinge feels between the display and keyboard. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the keyboard includs a number pad. The keyboard has a good feel.

I purchased for my wife during a Daily Deal. This laptop boots up instantly thanks to the SSD and is super lightweight.

I was hesitant on getting this laptop because there wasn't many reviews or unboxing videos. It had everything I needed in terms of specs so I bought it and it's the best purchase I've made. It runs so smoothly and does everything I need it to. I love this laptop

I bought it to have an extra laptop in the house. Remote Learning put a cramp in my bank account! Lol I was given a great recommendation from a co-worker who uses it for digital art and photo editing it’s worked great so far! I love it!

The reason I didn't give it five stars is the keyboard. For some reason the letters on the keys are difficult to see in daylight. with the screen perpendicular to the keyboard. I almost returned it because of this. I kept it as it is really fast but the keyboard issue is big,

The only reason I'm not giving this computer 5 stars is the lack of storage. With only a 256gb solid state drive, it will fill up fast. This can be mitigated with an external hard drive, obviously; so that isn't a huge deal. Other than that it is a great computer.

This is a very good computer and it exceeds all my expectations. l am very happy with the quickness and promptness in speed. l am very glad l purchased it and would recommend it for everyone. The quality is excellent.

I got my mom this laptop so she could do zoom video calls. She told me the things she wanted out of her laptop and I made sure that she got the best one for the price. I really like how sleek and light it is.

I took my time and shopped around for my first laptop. Ordering it on line was easy. Curbside pick up was easy. I came picked it up during my lunch break. It only took a few minutes.

The battery? It’s been great but seems to die if it’s off the charger for more than a day. It’s almost like it doesn’t go into sleep mode but that could also just be an error of mine. Other than that amazing!

I bought this laptop because my old one was starting to mess up. So dar, this one is easier to use. The touchscreen makes things a lot easier to correct. Also, getting on and off is a lot easier, as well.

Purchased for my daughter who is in High School. Laptop is thin, light, and has a good speed. It is mainly used for online classes and some basic productivity software (PP, Word, Excel).

Usually I always purchased Dell laptops for school, but this laptop is really a great purchase. I look forward to purchasing more Asus in the future.

Great laptop for the non gamer. Nice 2 n 1 feature. My network engineer hubby picked out this laptop for me, and loved the features, and so do I!
