    This laptop has worked flawlessly since I got it 2 months ago. The start up time is very fast from completely off and I have been able to play many high quality games and stream high resolution videos with ease. Since I have owned this laptop i have upgraded to windows 10 and it is very easy to use. Even windows 8 was easy to use when I was still using that.

    Purchased this laptop to edit 4K videos and stills captured from video. Extremely disappointed. My MacBook Air with only 4G RAM and i5 processor is faster and smoother. This laptop has some decent specs so I expected better. Returned for a refund.
