Great Mid-Range Laptop

Coming from an older (7 years old specifically) Asus that still has Windows 7, this new one feels really good and responsive. Screen is excellent, especially running Netflix. Plenty of memory. This will serve well with finishing my Bachelors degree, while at the same time have the capability to enjoy games and movies.

Had to send back to be repaired after only three months. My granddaughter was very upset. Customer service at best buy was very helpful in taking care of sending off product for me.
