I love this laptop. it has all the power and storage space I need. able to do all my family's daily errands. From school work to managing the bills. but it also capable off playing the latest games with out a hiccup \.

Overall a great product but.. have to work on the weight.... That is why no 5 stars were given yet

I'm still getting use to this laptop. I haven't bought a computer since 2010, but so far I like this ASUS laptop. I have no difficultly playing newly released games that need a lot of memory and a high end graphics card. I do a lot of financial business on this computer and again this computer flows through the programs as I need them.

Purchased to use for video editing, yet upon opening realized that the bluray player wasnt available on this pc, and you cant upgrade or add memory or hard drives unless adding a solid state, by the time I add that I may as well order the model above this one, so we returned

This is the best laptop I have ever purchased. I am able to load all my games with steam as well as without. I mostly play ESO and Fallout 4. I have no issues at all. This thing is a beast!

It has excellent graphics and performance. It runs my online game (GW2) on max settings with no lag.

I do enjoy the computer. It has a lot to offer including liquid cooling and a very good processor. I was upset to find that it does not have the slot for a SSD like the older model. That aside I would recommend this.

Decent screen & performance. Keyboard is OK. ASUS needs to refresh the case.

Great gaming computer, but windows 10 doesn't always work well. The other issue is that it is heavy for a laptop. The positive is great graphics. I would recommend to someone looking for a gaming computer or someone who needs the graphics for art.

Purchased this computer and received it today. I will start this out by stating that I purchased a Geek Squad Certified cleaned and refurbished computer in EXCELLENT condition. So I was expecting just that, and not a new computer to show up, but a computer that was in good shape. I have been building computers for years and often will order open box or refurbished components from one of the other big computer online stores and I have never had the problems I have had with Best Buy. Needles too say, I am sure you are getting the drift that my experience has not been good. First off, as you can see from the picture, this thing has not been cleaned at all. It still has what looks like a pawn shop sale ticket attached on the upper right corner of the laptop. I would also like to point out the attached protection devices on the back that look to be used to prevent it from falling off the shelf while in the store. The screen was covered in what appeared to be soda spray and the case was scratched. As you can see in the photo, there was absolutely no packaging inside the actual laptop box (there was plenty inside the larger shipping box) to prevent this thing from sliding around or getting jostled during transit. There is no documentation with this product, and I mean absolutely nothing ( I didn't hide it under the computer or even take it out. There is just nothing to go with this computer, no operating system, no handbook no nothing. Despite all of this I did try and turn the computer on. I can say that it did start up and and after a time eventually did load to the log in screen. And to top everything else off about this computer, it already had someone else's log in information and password on it. So even had I wanted to keep this computer despite everything else that was pretty shady with it, I could not log into it to even see if it would work. So who knows what is actually on the hard drive of this thing. Now I ordered online with 2 day shipping due to the fact I am going out of town and was going to use this computer during my trip. Additionally, the nearest Best Buy store is 45 miles away. So I called customer service to see what could be done about this. Their solution was to drive it to the nearest Best Buy and they would check it out and get me another one, in about 2 WEEKS!!! Their reason for this is if I send this one back in chances are they would just mail it back out to me. No, we are sorry we can refund at least your shipping cost. Or how about we verify that we are shipping you what you ordered. Just take it to the store and they will take it off your hands so that you are sure you wont get this one back again. In conclusion, while things happen, customer support has been less than friendly and not interested in helping their customers when they have made am mistake. So fair warning to all, if you are going to order anything from Best Buy, limit yourself to new never been opened products. Their Geek Squad certification isn't worth the extra money you would spend on it.

This gaming laptop is basically a portable desktop. Great graphics and lightning speed processor.

Very large. All the bells and whistles. Everything I was looking for in one gorgeous package. Powerful to run every program I have tried, gaming, internet, word processing and video. Very stable; has not crashed or frozen one time in 5 months!

My first gaming computer and I love it I would recommend the Asus to my friends

Good gaming pc, plenty of memory good video card. Screen size is excellent for a laptop and glass good resolution. Plenty of plugs for additional stuff. Still has a disc drive. Only downfall is it's a bit bulky and heavy

High performance on Gaming and editing. More cheaper than other over rated marks. The only thig is its a litter heavy to carry and is little difficult to find a cover and a backpack or this. But the size is perfect for graphic display.

The ASUS G752 is almost what I wanted, just an added SSD would have made it perfect. As it is, it is still fast and playing everything I have thrown at it, from Civ VI, to modded Minecraft, and everything in between.

I never understood why someone would "waste" money on a computer for gaming. I was so wrong. I do a lot on my computer, but gaming is a big part and graphic intensive games slowed my other computers down or I had to run them on super grainy quality to play. The graphics processing of this computer is so phenomenal. Worth every penny.

Wish I could put 4.5 Stars. That said: Excellent gaming laptop. Crystal clear display, paired with a great set of specs under the hood. Even the keyboard is nice. The lid is a little plasticky. Customizable lighting and while the speakers are good, they could be a bit better. The G55V had better speakers although the sub on this is a little more robust. But for a laptop? Yeah they're great. Downsides: 1. Need lots of volume to hear stuff. 2. 2 PCI-E m.2 slots. Sounds good right? Well, right now only one company makes the type you can actually use and they're about a 3rd of the price of this laptop and they CANNOT be set to raid (if you wanted to). These are NOT SATA m.2 slots. 3. I'm still trying to work out if it's the display, the video card or the drivers but if you turn settings to max on SOME games like WoW or Everquest you will get screen flicker regardless of v.Sync settings. It might have to do with the display and the G-Sync. This video card/display should be able to handle stuff like that. In contrast, it plays Doom (the new one) at max settings but that game moves so fast I either don't see the flicker or it's not there. Overall Get this thing. IT's a beast, has empty memory slots that you can access and technically it has 3 drive bays of which only 1 is being used (the 1TB mechanical one). If you can get the SSD's for this, do so.
