I have had laptops in the past that I played games on but this is the first laptop marketed as a gaming laptop. I'm a casual gamer, my most current game is Borderlands 2. I can run it with everything maxed out, it puts the PS3 version to shame, very beautiful color and Physix is amazing. Very clear display in full 1080p HD. Looking forward to getting some newer games to see what it can do. I did have to return the original purchase for a bad GPU fan, very noisy. Best Buy was very helpful in getting the replacement ordered and shipped to store at no cost. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a mid to upper level gaming laptop. I also recommend swapping the original HD with an SSD for added speed. Loading games is much faster and boot times are just a few seconds.

A great computer for gamers. Graphics are sharp and clear. Screen is perfect size. Not to big but just the right size. Sound quality has the right intensity and clarity. Being a windows 7 man, this computer has the right button to push and this made me buy this item.

It's a good laptop, but there's one that's $30 or so more and it's WAY better than this one. It's touch screen with a better video card. I didn't realize that until after I bought this one. Don't waste money on this one when you can get a better one for almost the same price.

This is a great computer with graphics card and processor more than adequate for graphic intense MMORPGS.

I love asus so I knew getting this would definitely be a great purchase. Great for playing my online games.

Lot of drama. The cursor lags like crazy, the USB ports disconnect my external hard drives spontaneously and for no apparent reason. Finally sent it back after it blue screened three times in less than 20 minutes and a basic diagnostic test revealed that there were problems with the hardware.

Great hardware, great design. Perfect notebook!!!!

This Asus laptop does what we need it to do in our day to day job. Although, sometimes we need to restart to get the printer and laptop to talk to each other.

So, I love this laptop very much. It is the best laptop I have ever had. Asus is an awesome computer manufacturer. I installed all my games on this laptop just fine and they perform great! Mostly on Medium-High settings. Don't expect ultra on the biggest games you can find. This isn't a powerful gaming rig. It's a laptop, but it does have a great mobile graphics card. Now, lets talk about the few bad things about this laptop that I have seen. One thing is the speakers. They are loud and good quality. But the vibration of the laptop when sounds get loud is annoying. When I listen to music or people talking all I hear is the sounds and the vibration. It is pretty annoying. Another thing that happened to me was a blue or static like screen. This only happened to me once. I never saw it again after that. The last bad thing about this laptop that I don't like is the camera. It has terrible quality. I hate it and it does look terrible compared to the laptop my brother has which is a Lenovo y70. His camera looks much better. Also his speakers don't have a vibration like noise when loud things are played. Overall this laptop is a good buy, but if you don't like Asus too much then the Lenovo y750 could be save you $50 for the same laptop in the inside.

The G751 is the newest gaming laptop from ASUS. It may not have the latest 970M or 980M graphics but the GTX 860M is no slouch and is an upper mid-range graphics chip. Also, this model is the only one that has a touch screen, the higher level models do not. The standard hard drive is plenty large at 1TB but I would have liked an SSD at this price. I have already installed one and I recommend that anyone who buys a laptop to install a SSD at least for the OS when they can. The screen is very large and plenty bright and colorful, this laptop could easily replace your desktop. The keys have a cool red backlighting with a 10 key when you need to get some work done. Overall, I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants a nice-looking and fast gaming laptop or desktop replacement.

This is my first gamers PC. Just opened the box today and right off the bat the computer is extremely good looking. But as they say beauty is only skin deep. After charging her up I took her for a spin around the internet block. Well more like a spin around the battle field. I play World of Tanks and must say this is one NICE Lap Top! The graphics are amazing and the sound is incredible! I have had zero issues (day one for now) Dont laugh I have had 3 Dells that have crashed on there first day (work laptops). Anyway I will post again but must say the looks of the laptop get top marks and more importantly the performance in game also gets top marks!

I bought this Laptop and it is fantastic great for playing games. Plays games Like Assassins Creed 3 and Mass Effect 2 perfectly, so happy that I bought this.
